The Location was perfect for me since I wanted to spend most of my time near and in Akihabara. The Rooms are small but still had enough room for my 2 Suite Case. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. There had been two Issues with my Room Door due to empty Batteries in the Door Lock but in both cases they fixed it in under 5 Minutes so no complains. Only one person at the check in counter spoke english but the non english speakers use Google Translate very well so no Issues during check in or after The Breakfast is ok but nothing special. It can get crowded in there during certain times. There is a 7/11 30 Meters outside the Hotel as well as many many Restaurants and Food Shops. My recommendation is CoCo Curry (walk towards the Station and turn Right at the Zebra) its right there

The ONE thing I did not like is that they only have ONE Washing Machine and Dryer for the whole Hotel. Since it is not possible to check if it is in use you just need to lug your Dirty stuff to the Second floor an hope for the best. Always take your Washing with you when you check since chances are somebody else will take it if you are not quick enough.

The location was great, just a block from the subway and the JR station. It was also easy to reach from Narita using the private rail (non-JR) express train to the Yamanote line. There is plenty of food nearby, including a choice of convenience stores. The APA breakfast is therefore skip-able. The BBC News on the TV was nice.

APA hotels are APA hotels. You need to be aware of what you are getting and accept the lack of space. It was what we expected. The hotel and the neighborhood was a good introduction to Japan for our sister. We forgot to turn on the in-room heating the first night. It was rather cold but we turned it on the second night.

The location for the price is perfect. You have a lot of metro lines close to the hotel ( all the huge JR lines, circle lines, Hibiya line and walking distance from Ginza line. Also there are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. And of top of that, after a heavy day of Tokyo explorting you can always enjoy the arcade till 23:30 in Akihabara main strip, which is also walking distance.

The room can be a little small for some, so please consider that while booking. For me and my friends it was ok enough because we only use it to rest, sleep and shower/bathing. But there wasn't enough room to for example eat some snacks with eachother in 1 room. Minor detail.

The wifi is good. 5 stars for the location since it is just 3mins walk from Akihabara Station. Good choice also since many local restaurants are around the hotel. Since we booked a smoking room (booked because the non-smoking is fully booked), the smell of cigars reeked even you stepped out of the elevator. Overall, the room is clean & tidy (tidied everyday), just settle your expectations on the space because there's a small space to walk with (big luggages can be hassle). Staff is a accomodating.

Soft APA mattresses are the only mattresses I can get any sleep on in Japan. All other hotels are absolute torture. This hotel is located right next to the station and close to animal cafes. Super nice staff. We could check-in early and leave our luggage after check-out.

No waiting lobby or space for waiting of any kind. Akihabara location is overrated and much less alive than anticipated. The hotel was on the pricy side for a tiny space with no view and no public bath. Window was sealed shut and milky, impossible to sea anything. There was a strong draft from the window. It was loud from passing trains and the heater. The waiting time for elevators was significant. Breakfast was unimpressive for its price.

The hotel can receive packages from Amazon, and your luggages from other hotels. The staff is friendly. It has a small restaurant in the first floor. It has a vert convinient location one block away from Akihabara Station.

Some cheap rooms are for smokers and the site doesn't indicate that so it can have a very strong smell.

Hotel Location is excellent near the station with good restaurant's and cafe's surround with it and reception staff were great and helpful for me .

The room and bathroom are not larger by space but it's suitable for a solo traveller but I wish it was spacious a little bit more but it was a pleasant stay anyway .

This hotel was extremely central to a lot of places we wanted to visit whilst in Tokyo!!! Easy to find and use as a home base.

Nothing, everything was extremely convenient. I saw previous views about the small size of the room, but the hotel is what is advertised. For us it was perfect.

🚬 smoking hotel rooms. Children welcome. Everyone loved breakfast. They provide smoke removal, disinfectant can to use. The beds were the comfiest out of 4 hotels we've stayed in. Very affordable. English is okay. When it rains you can open the window or step out of your room to listen, very peaceful

Smoking rooms are harder to keep clean. The dining area was small.

Rooms are very very small like tiny. I am a petite person and still felt the room was tiny. I guess that’s very common in Tokyo
