I chose this hotel based on location, as it was central to where I wanted to travel. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Sengakuji station exit, so it was very convenient. Although checkout is at an early 10am, they do have free baggage storage available. The room was clean, with fresh towel and toiletries provided daily in bags hung by the door. Size of the room was great for single traveler. Staff spoke English and were helpful and welcoming.

Great location next to underground on Maine line from HANEADA airport. 5 min walk to over ground and close to a bullet train stop.
Room are compact, but ideal for a few days if you’re out and about.

The hotel is close by the Yamanote loop line, so it's easy to get around. The breakfast is diverse and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free VOD, even some adult content.
Some of the cooking staff forgot to wear gloves and a mask while preparing breakfast or refilling the rolls basket. There's no change machine near the washing machines, so you'll need to save your ¥100 coins if you want to do laundry, or buy lots of drinks from the vending machine. The rooms are clean, but very tiny. Broom closet would fit the description, so if you're claustrophobic, you should go elsewhere. Lumpy mattress: I'm lucky I can sleep almost anywhere. My wife isn't so lucky. There was some nationalist lecture with the APA logo on it, which means APA endorsed it. Reason for me to not go there again, as I don't want to support nationalism.

The location is really convenient, easily accessible from Haneda Airport via Keikyu line, one way was about ¥350. It’s also connected to Yamatone line which is easy for me to visit the attractions. The exit of the Sengakuji station and Takanawa station are straight forward, you won’t get lost like you would in other main stations. The area is quiet, with mostly apartments and office buildings around, not many shops which is what I prefer. However there are a few restaurants around, and a convenient store, getting food late night is not an issue at all. The free onsen is the best thing about the hotel, especially after a big walk during the day. The room is clean and small, Japanese standard, which is fine. There are standard amenities, fresh linens are provided everyday. The bed is comfy. I didn’t have breakfast, so there’s not much I can say about it. If you want somewhere buzzing like Shinjuku or Shibuya, this is not the place for you. The hotel TV does provide a lot of useful information. No issues with Wifi.
It is a busy hotel, which means the elevators can get very busy during peak hours. You just need to time yourself well.

Very conveniently located right next to the train station. It easily connects to the main areas in Tokyo. Although the room was quite small for our luggages, it was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The toilet was spacious and well-stocked too. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was getting to soak in the rooftop onsen every night. There is a screen on the tv that helps us to monitor the crowd level at the onsen for both genders so that was really helpful for us to decide what time we should go. The onsen itself was clean, well-maintained and very enjoyable with all the amenities you’d need. The staff was very helpful too and assisted us when we needed a luggage scale to weigh our bags as well as luggage storage post-check out.
This didn’t apply to us because we had already returned our rental car when we checked in, but parking onsite is not free for guests and the parking fees per day are pretty exorbitant. For those intending to drive, this may cause you to reconsider booking this hotel. But if you’re not driving, would highly recommend

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's close to Sengakuji station where Asakusa line and Keikyu line are. and it is within 3 to 5 minutes walk to JR Takanawa Gateway station Yamanote Line is. Also there're numbers of restaurants and convenience store nearby
There's currently construction all around the area. but what is surprising I think the construction also happens at night, on my last night I was unable to fall asleep as I can hear the construction even though it was not as loud as during the day but I can still hear some things from the construction.

- The staff was amazing and very accommodating. - The breakfast had many options for Japanese and non-Japanese patrons. - The location of the hotel was next to the Sengakuji Station which has access to the Akasuka and Keikyu lines. - The price of our stay was very reasonable. - Although we didn't utilize it, the hotel has a spa located on the 21st floor which simulates a natural hotspring.
- The room is VERY tight for two people and our luggage. My wife and I had to parkour off the walls to avoid each other while we were getting ready to leave the room or to get ready for bed. - I could hear the adjacent room’s television on at night. - The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. - We stayed from Thursday-Monday with a room cleaning scheduled on Sunday. We were out of the room most of Sunday and came back with the bed made and trash empty, but the floors looked untouched in the room and bathroom.

The location is good. Although it’s a little off the center, but very close to the train station, plus convenient store and restaurants are just around the corner. The rooms are well maintained and clean.
The lobby is too small and packed for group check-in. The auto checkin machines make the area even smaller, and are not efficient, instructions are not easy to follow, we had to get help from the front desk couple times and had to do two rounds of checkin to get the two keys to a double room (not this procedure in other local hotels). The rooms are tiny, no space for luggages. There’s no AC in the hallways and elevators that makes it super hot and stuffy in the summer.

It is located close to 2 railway stations, easy to reach on foot. The street is busy, but it did not disturb our stay in the hotel, the windows were soundproof. From the top (non smoking) floors there is a wonderful view to the city. There are vending machines, ice machines, washing machines and a bath for male and female guests. It is a safe hotel, the room key provides access to the elevator. The receptionists are very helpful. (If you need a bill of your stay ask for it at the hotel reception, because via Booking.com it is very difficult to get it.) You may leave your luggage at the lobby after checking out for that day.
I asked for top floor rooms, but did not get them. There was no possibility to look out of the window form the lower floors. The rooms very were small, but staying there for the night are ok.
