I recently stayed at Flexstay Inn Higashijujo and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Higashijujo Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo’s attractions. Despite its proximity to the station, the area is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The rooms are compact, as expected in Tokyo, but well-designed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple meals. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant, providing helpful tips and assisting with any requests. Flexstay Inn Higashijujo is perfect for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Staff were really friendly and helpful when checking in. I came after the main reception closed and night staff were very accommodating for me. Close to the subway station, you can get to many of the popular tourist attractions within 30 minutes. Convince store opposite the hotel, restaurants near by, was really good to experience the cultural foods and local restaurants. Easy access to get to from the station. Good facilities. Air conditioning, bathtub and shower, laundry and extra towels for small price if extra is needed, though they provided a good amount for the week stay. Very affordable and a great room. As a solo traveler, the room was perfect with a double spacious bed, and own bathroom. Kettle, sink and hob all within the same room. Overall a 10/10 experience for my first journey to Japan and stay.

Apon arriving at the hotel after a very long 15hour flight we were greeted by some very friendly gentlemen who had broken English but was very helpful and kind! Booked us in early too. Gave us an information booklet and WiFi information. We booked a smoking room, as my partner smokes, beware for non smokers it does smell strong but nothing to harsh. Arriving into the room it's smaller than the photos but we was very pleased! We had a bed, it was comfy and could be put away for convenience. Table and chair, sink hob and kettle and fridge. Bath shower and toilet, TV, hair dryer, and any extras you can ask for. Also have a fantastic restaurant next door. The location is right next to a train station, 711 right outside, and a fantastic strip of shops and food stalls up the road! the view was lovely! The price is perfect , you get what you pay for but we were very very happy with our stay!

Nothing! Everything was fantastic. We had nothing bad to experience. Everything was working and completely fine. We enjoyed our stay ☺️ hopefully we will be back again ☺️

Bang for the buck! The price of this hotel is the same to hostels with bunk bed and shared bathroom. Very near Higashi-Jujo station and just 9mins walk going to Jujo Station and Jujo Ginza Market. 30mins train to Shibuya. There’s 7eleven just across the hotel. It has all the amenities (very cold AC, TV, charger, cable extension, refrigerator with ice cube molder, induction stove, electric kettle, hair dryer, full body mirror, closet and hangers, bathrobe and towels, slippers, foldable table and stool, ashtray) except microwave but it is available in the reception/lobby area. There’s shower with bath tub and of course japanese toilet with bidet. All of the faucets have hot and cold water, even the faucet on the sink.

Small room. The room I booked is supposedly for two persons, they even provided two sets of robes and towels. But the space is just enough for one person. I could only lay out on the the floor one medium sized luggage and had to slid the other luggage under the bed so i could have leg space between the sink and the bed. If you’re sensitive to noise and/or smell of the cigarette smoke, then this one is not for you. The sound of the train from outside is not that loud and tolerable for me so I slept like a baby.

The location is perfect with 7/11 across the street and subway line with rapid and local trains. You can easily get to such areas as Sinjuku and Shibuya in 10-15 minutes by subways. The bathrobes provided are so stylish and comfortable. We also liked that the bed can be folded, so there is more space in the room if you need one. The staff is helpful and friendly.

At this price, everything was perfect.

It has by far the best budget option in Tokyo, for around the same price, other hotels dont even offer you a private bathroom, these rooms have a private bathroom with a tub, small kitchen and fridge

Nothing, for the price, this hotel is perfect, I stayed here last year when I came to Tokyo for the first time and now my second time in Tokyo i booked this same hotel again.

Around 2 mins walk to the train station, very convenient, however a bit too far from tourists spots. Room is as advertised with amenities mentioned. Location is peaceful

In my room, the bed is in the middle while the TV, table and other amenities is at the other side, so its hard to navigate inside the room due to the tight space. I have to cross over the bed just to get to the table if I plan to eat and vise versa if I need to go to the toilet 😅. The room is also a bit dusty

Check-in/ out was quick and easy, and the staff was very kind. The rooms seem old stylistically but everything was clean and all appliances worked well. Loved that it is located right next to the Keihin-Tōhoku line, which I took daily. Great stay for the price!

Room is small but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that there was no small table or desk to set things on.

Quiet but convenient location. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Wifi worked well. Nice spot for a solo-traveler.

Some of the amenities are a little dated, but everything was clean and in good condition.

The staff and affordability were the best parts, hotel room can get kind of cramped with 2 suitcases but the bed was western style so my feet didn't hang out. The hotel is good as long as you don't mind the ~20 minute travel to the center or if you'll mostly be out of your hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small and the bath was aswell, there was also no foccit in the bathroom so that was kind of inconvenient.
