The capsule room was spacious. Shared facilities for bathroom and toilet were clean and even toiletries were provided. Location was very close to the train station as well

The staff did the bare minimum in terms of friendliness and energy. The place could do with some signs to show where it was. There were no signs to indicate the place was the accommodation. The directions on google maps had me on the other side of the building to where the entrance was.

Price, localisation and number of facilities in the hotel were very good. Very near to the Akabane station which is brimming with train movement. The Akabane itself is filled with shops, restaurants and everything you might need. As for the facilities, reception sells basic sleeping items of need, houses it’s own washing and drying machine, the bath was quite nice and vending machines with nice selection of drinks as well as selling cup noodles in the reception.

The communication and i don’t mean language barrier, i wasn’t informed about the baggage space and thus i had all of it in my own capsule, and it supports only the hand baggage comfortly.

One of my favorite places to stay when I visit Japan. It's right next to the Akabane Station and Don Quixote. There isn't an elevator, but you can store your luggage on the day you check in. You can pay in cash if you need to extend your stay more days and if there's room. Capsules are lockable. You get free towels and a robe; you can exchange towels once a day. If you're staying 4-5+ days you can ask for linen changes. Toothpaste and toothbrush sets are free. Washing machine (free, bring own detergent) is available, it costs 100yen/10 min to dry. You can air dry in your capsule if you need to, but there are laundromats nearby if you can't get the clothes dry. There are smoking areas in the building.

Wi-Fi is a bit wonky.

The sento (shower and bath room) were spectacular, the staff were very polite and helpful. If you are staying multiple nights even when you check out during the day you can leave your baggage in your room which is nice. Also the rooms were not too hot or stuffy which for the middle of the Japanese summer is spectacular.

It's a capsule hotel so some background noise is to be expected in the sleeping section, either wear earplugs or earphones. Also be prepared to lift baggage up to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator.

It is excellent capsule hotel for solo travellers. It is close to Akabane station (1-2 min walk), eating places, like Matsuya (24hours open), etc. The price is excellent too. For Tokyo, it is very cheap. The Check-in works until 00.00. It is very convenient, when you have very late arrival at Haneda airport (1 hour by train). The front desk is perfect!

The entrance to this Capsule Hotel is on the 3rs floor with very steep stairs. There is no elevator/lift due to absence of space. I do not mind this part, as it keeps the noise of very busy street life outside. For me, it is only inconvinience.

The female dormitory has everything so you don't need to move to other places. It includes a lounge to relax and watch TV or eat, a bathroom which has everything you need (hair dryer, hair iron, napkins, toothbrush with toothpaste, comb). Also toilet with a bidet and dryer function is just amazing. Also a shower room and an extra bathroom having a spa bathtub 🛁 to relax after a long day. The capsule room has room wear and bath towels and a small locker inside to hide your belongings. To sum up everything it's really convenient for people who want privacy!!

The capsule room is small (than it looks like in the picture) but it fits for a body size 😂 There's no fridge inside the dormitory to store your food. I can hear people snoring next to me.

There are lots of places to eat around the area. The two male receptionists (young and old) are kind and very accommodating. The female receptionist though can be grumpy sometimes but OK in general. The place has a homey and japanesy vibe which I very like. Most of the tenants are japanese so I learned a thing or two on how they do things or habits in Japanese way. Also, towels and bed are replaced and prepared everyday.

Sound proofing could be better. The floors made of wood so it makes a lot of noise when someone is walking. Especially to people who likes to stomp when walking. Toilet needs to be a little bit cleaner. The sink area for brushing teeth and doing other personal things could use a little bit of privacy. The glass tint is installed backwards. hahaha. Can see people doing their stuff in the lobby and lounge. I stayed during winter so sleeping is OK but i’m not sure during summer. I suppose it could get very hot because I don’t see any ventilation inside the cabin.

Loved the staff, the cleanliness, how safe I felt, and the facilities definitely exceeded my expectations, considering the price I paid. Towels and robes are replaced daily free of charge, microwave and kettle were provided, and the shower rooms were very clean, and the wifi is free and quite fast. The lounge has mini TVs on each table if you feel like watching something. Even a heater is provided in the mattress. As a Muslim, I was able to pray in a corner in the lounge and the staff was very accommodating. I loved how close it was to akabane station (about 3 minutes walk). Will definitely visit again if given the chance!

The smell of cigarette smoke could be a little overbearing. Unfortunately, it's not safe to leave out your items in the common room as they will get taken away, presumably by other patrons. I accidentally left my makeup kit out in the toilet, and it disappeared. I asked the staff and they haven't seen it. I found the rule about paying when you leave the hotel late after 10am (even if it's not for checkout) very weird, though.

Capsule comes with key and a proper door so there is good privacy provided You can lock your capsule to store your luggage and only staff will enter for cleaning -> good safety Amendments and towels are provided Nice community space with table and even Television on each seat Helpful, patient staff other guests were nice and quiet

Capsule is a bit small Bath is a bit dirty You have to pay 200 yen additional fee daily if you stay longer for than one day rules were a bit hard to understand but except the 200 yen service fee there was nothing surprising and its also not really much in the first place

The room was quite small, so it wasn't that comfortable at first, but I got used to it from the 2nd night onwards. On the otherhand, the shower rooms, wash area, and toilets were all spacious and clean. The staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. One of them always helped me carry my luggage everytime I had to check in, which I really appreciate. There's also an old lady who can speak English. She's very friendly and guided us how to use the facilities properly.
