Their attention to detail was evident when they proactively presented me with a sim card that I had ordered to the hotel. This gesture was particularly appreciated as it saved me the hassle of asking for it after a long journey. Such proactive service exemplifies the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and convenience. The proximity to the monorail enhances the overall experience by simplifying transportation needs. This place exceeded my expectations, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly, the rooms were great and clean and the equip with toiletries and drinks in the fridge. Great location. Would come again 100%.

Location of the hotel is excellent with access to metro line within 5 mins from the hotel.

There can be more vegan options in the menu.

We liked everything. The amenities, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness and the breakfast options. Location we also loved especially with such an easy airport access (step out of the hotel and the bus takes you straight to the airport terminal). The staff are all super approachable and kind.

Nothing we didn't like.

The room is very spacious, has a huge bed, and is very comfy, and room services are good and timely. The location is not bad, view of Tokyo Bay and quick access to the Daiba station which can quickly travel to Tokyo Center. The lounge on the 30th floor is awesome, with a lot drinks and a perfect city night view.

Daiba is a bit far from Tokyo center, and commute expenses are high if you take a taxi to the city center.

This place was so lovely to stay at. It was easy to get to from the airport, the tube stop was right outside the hotel door. There was also lots to do nearby including Tokyo Disney Land. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was lovely and the staff were so polite.

The only bad thing was that the English food was not good for breakfast. The Japanese food was very good though and at the end of the day you don’t visit other countries to just eat English food.

The room was spacious, knowing how small some Japanese hotel rooms can be. This was our second stay at the hotel which was chosen for it's location to the cruise terminal. The hotel is well placed and has very good access via train to the city and the subway system. It also has local access to two large malls with many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great with a multitude of choices to suit all tastes. It certainly set you up well for the start of the day.

Lobby, dinning areas and staff are all really nice. Received an upgrade to a nicer suite as well and the bed was very comfortable. If you become a member (completely free) you can receive a discount on meals (breakfast ¥4,000 —> ¥2,800).

The bathrooms were a bit old, paint was chipping and tiles were discoloured/broken and refilled. Not a big deal but it is a nicer hotel so expected it to be fixed properly.
