The location was superb! Walking distance from Asakusa and the Ryogoku Kokugikan, plus metro station right next to the property with direct connection to both Narita and Hands airports. Convenience stores, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants nearby also make things very easy. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea all day long and few pastries for breakfast. The windows could be opened to let fresh air come in. The staff was also attentive and friendly. In general a very nice hotel

Rooms were small, but this is quite normal in Tokyo, so nothing that was not expected.. However, the quality of mattresses and pillows could be improved. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were not the most comfortable ones.

I was bit earlier at the hotel and the hotel staff still allowed me to enter the room. Provided me power adapter for phone charging, while staying in hotel. They also kept the baggage after my check out. Room as expected, knowing that many of Tokyo residents don't have such space on their disposal. Close to the subway, yet calm environment. They have their laundry facility.

The room arrangement is bit unusual - you face a washbasin right as you enter the main door. However, not so big issue.

The location is great: the hotel entrance is next to the Kuramae Station, the view from the window was also nice. The staff was friendly and helpful - the air conditioning in the first room we were assigned was very noisy and we were given another room without any problems. There is a coffee machine by the reception desk, in the morning croissants and sweet rolls are available.

Although the room was a bit larger than a standard Apa, it had an irregular shape, which meant some space was lost.

Absolutely everything! The best hotel we stayed in Japan! The staff was amazing, the location is the most convenient to go absolutely everywhere within Greater Tokyo and Central Tokyo. There are conbinis and supermarkets and even a pharmacy nearby. An amazing ramen at walking distance. This place has everything. The cleaners were absolutely incredible. And we noticed all the small details the lovely staff were bringing. A huge THANK YOU! We stayed 11 nights in this hotel as a family of 5!

That we didn’t stay longer!

This hotel offers a fantastic location with easy access to public transport and a great selection of nearby cafes. The Asakusa Line provides a direct connection to Narita Airport, making travel convenient. After a busy day exploring the bustle of the city, the peaceful surroundings are a relaxing retreat to come back to. While the rooms are compact, as expected in Tokyo, they are clean and well-equipped with a TV and USB charging ports for added convenience.

Air con individual - each room has individual air con and its is not central aircon. hence temperature i can control Space - as with japanese budget hotels, twin room and toilets is just right for a mid size asian couple, if you are big size or european size, the room maybe too small for comfort, especially the toilet Water Bathing - water pressure is great, continuous hot water , and have a bath tub Room Cleaning system is great - room cleaning and make up is every day, but you can choose to just avoid room cleaning and just have towels changed, by placing card on door, great system, as the room is small, each time i decide to room clean i have to close luggage. Location - remember to get the metro pass for as many days u are in tokyo as you can, its useful when u make mistake in taking the metro and wanna change trains. Location has access to lifts, lift exits are about 5min walk from htoel entrance. Amenities- 1 coin washing machine and dryer (great, no one using, but i was there for 2 weeks), reception has all the hair bads, hair clips, toiletries, great. Surrounding - macdonalds is about 7min walk away. min stop convenience stall right outside 1 lift exit from subway, 1 supermarket across the road, 7 eleven, and lawson within walking distance. sukiya also around the area. My expectations - i was there for a sightseeing trip, aircon self control was a great plus( last i visited another hotel was central aircon, that i din like), although location is maybe about 25min to 35min extra time travel to central areas like shinjuku and shibuya, but its a direct access to narita and haneda airports. would stay again. Going to ginza and asakusa and ueno is easy as long as you have the metro pass.

Excellent location at a great value hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They even provided us with a charger for the duration of our stay free of charge. The housekeeping was spot on. Beds were made each day as requested and fresh towels provided without having to ask. Footsteps away from transport and great eating options. Nice quiet neighbourhood right on the doorstep of many attractions. Also being able to open a window for fresh air and to hear the sounds of the neighbourhood was extra special.

For what we paid there are definitely no complaints! Excellent value. Felt safe and the locals were very friendly. Room was small, but the two of us managed and it's what you expect in Japan.

The hotel location was really perfect! Also there are convenience stores and drug store just next to the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable for solo traveler, but all hotels in Japan are small so this is not a big deal. Also they provide complimentary coffee 24/7 and some fresh bread from 7-10am at the lobby.

The pillows was a little bit discomfortable. There is only one elevator so in the morning you need to wait a little bit.

The location was great. Close to metro stations and there are many places nearby to eat. Kuramae is dotted with unique small indie shops and fun to walk around the neighborhood. Very quiet and not crowded like other areas. Property is pretty new and very clean. Nice comfortable beds. Professional staff.

The room is very small and minimal. Not much space for luggage. Tiny bathroom and shower. Our room faced a wall of the building next door and didn’t have any views. We were out in the city all day and only there to sleep, and slept comfortably.

Conveniently located right next to the A3 exit of the Kuramae station, through which the Asakusa line passes. Quiet area

No closet. The double room would be crowded for 2 people but for 1 person its the perfect cozy size
