The room was absolutely spotless, it had great heat for the colder months, and everyone working the front desk was impeccable and very kind. The room had the basics; fridge, desk, bed, ac & heating, etc, and toiletries were also included. You can do laundry on premises. In particular, the bed was really comfortable and fairly spacious. The location is good too. The subway stop is about a 5 minute walk, and you can get there from both Haneda and Narita without any transfers. Overall, I had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this place! It's a *great* price for the area.

It's not a big room lol but that's to be expected in Tokyo. I'd definitely recommend the superior double room if you can snag it. The dryer doesn't work that well. It drys like a dryer with a full lint box, but I didn't see anyway to take out the lint. Also, I asked for extra trash bags, and then the cleaning ladies took my extras without replacing them. I'm not complaining because I just grabbed more, but it was a little weird! lol

Very strategic position, the staff was kind and always available, also to provide change for the laundry machine. We used the additional services for the laundry a few times and the bycicles, and they are the cheapest of all hotels where we stayed in Japan. The bikes are a bit old but come with a night light, lock and a big basket to store things - they are a great way to explore Tokyo! We also really loved the neighbourhood, it's full of nice cafes and restaurants and very calm - but only 15 minutes walking from Asakusa and Akihabara. The metro and JR lines are 3 minutes walking from the hotel.

The room is a bit tiny so, as we stayed a week, it wasn't the most comfortable, but the bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room, towels and trashbags were changes regularly.

The location of the hotel is really practical. Different konbini close by. Very calm, clean,safe and comfortable. The staff of the hotel was very exceptional.I ‘am learning Japanese so I tried to improve it and I spoke with them, it was really amazing. For sure, if one day I return in Japan, definitely I ‘am returning at this hotel.

For sure,small room enough with huge suitcases like I had, but it ‘s Tokyo. We stayed for almost 2 months,really nothing bad to say.

Luggage storage before and after check-in/out is greatly appreciated. Stationeries (such as scissors and staples) available. Staffs were enthusiastic and helpful. The location was also convenient, a short walk to Asakusabashi station (JR and Metro), and within half an hour to many other stations and locations.

Rubbish could be collected by leaving it outside our room door instead of needing the cleaning staff to come in to collect it. Also, it would be good if there were more elaboration for the sortment of rubbish (because it was very confusing throwing common rubbish). Also, the room is also on the smaller side, after opening a big suitcase, you have to climb over it to walk around the room. But it is a comfortable/cozy stay.

The location was superb it was only a 5mins walk to Asakusabashi train station. The place was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. When I came in earlier than my check in time they let me keep all of my luggage at the hotel and gave me the option to wait at the lobby but I decided to explore the area and the staff immediately gave me an umbrella as it was drizzling outside.

I did not like that I had to separate and clean out my rubbish from my room on a daily basis which I have to take from my room to the lobby floor where the wastage room is. It would be better if the staff took out the trash as part of their service.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, the room small but cosy, and the price very affordable. There was a coin laundromat (with free detergent) and a dryer. The staff was really nice, and there were 2 bikes to rent on a first come, first serve basis. Asakusabashi is a nice location, and there were 2 metro lines 5 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel was very easy to find and was a short walk from the train station. The room was fairly small, but it did have all the essentials you'd need like toiletries, slippers, hangers, a mini refrigerator, and a hair dryer. The bed was also very comfy so it was great for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated that they cleaned the room every couple of days instead of every day! You do have the option to decline the room clean by hanging a sign on your door.

I was a little bit confused about checking out. I had to check out early but there wasn't anyone at the front desk. Turns out you just need to drop your keys in a little box. It was easy but I wish there was a clearer sign for it.

Great hotel to have a good rest and be close to the action. The room was smaller than we are used to, but big enough and nicely organized to not feel cramped. It also had everything we needed and more (bath robes, slippers, toothbrushes, sewing kit, etc.). The staff was kind and explained everything clearly.

At night it can become quite hot, as I understand they are on a central AC system, and opening the window solved it, but the noise might bother some.

I stayed here for one month for a business trip and this hotel was perfect. The location is very central and conveniently close to a train station as well as to the Sumida River for walks and to various convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Yet, it's quiet, and it's perfectly clean, the bed is comfortable, there are many amenities like a fridge, a kettle, glasses, tea, shampoo, a tv, a hairdryer, clothes racks, ... and the staff is absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out smoothly. 100% recommended!

Good location, close to subway or train stations. Easy to travel to other locations, Akihabara is just one station away. Multiple convenient markets close by so everything you need is within reach. As a bonus you can get to a riverbank close by with a good view of the Tokyo skytree. Great for photoshoot.

The physical roomkey was a bit big with the keychain. Also the room lacked a proper wardrobe. But those are small issues.
