Lovely looking hotel and room, with some very clever storage to ensure you have all the facilities you need without taking up too much space- arguably the most spacious bathroom we had the whole time we’ve been in Japan! Had a nice view of the street and nearby buildings but no road noise, very quiet. Probably also the comfiest bed/ pillows we had. Also had some of the better eco policies- whereas others around Japan made promises, they still put loads of amenities in the room unnecessarily, but Monday had them on hand to take only as required.

Not the best location- quite a walk from Toyosu or Shinonome stations (not too bad for us mind, but might be for others). Admittedly the hotel ran a shuttle bus but unfortunately never was at the times that worked for us (always quicker to walk!). Coffee wasn’t the best but also wasn’t the worst!

Breakfast had a great variety and all very delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We asked the staff to assist us with making a reservation for a restaurant in Japan as the website would ask for our name in Hiragana (which as foreigner we didn't know nor could type). Also there are no phones in the room so we asked if they could call. We asked about three days in a row and they had difficulty even though we had the restaurant's website on our phones. One time we asked, it looked like the manager, (older gentleman) said that the staff could not help us. Finally we asked one of the staff when that Manager was not there and she got us the reservation! We were so happy and we hope she did not get in trouble.

I liked that the hotel came with a bath house, which is rare in Tokyo. I chose this hotel because of this facility. It is also opposite a 24 hour Aeon Mart! The staff were also very nice!

It is in between two stations, you have to walk about 10-15 minutes for each one. Or you can also take a bus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The shuttle service was full when I tried to get on. So it was a bit annoying to walk home after a long day out. It is also far from the city center but if you’re visiting Odaiba malls, Team Lab or Disneyland, this hotel is great.

Breakfast was great but pricy. Instead, maybe luckily I got a good deal for the stay.

Price of breakfast. There was no bottle water in the refrigerator. In Korea, even cheapest motel provides a bottle of water and even some more can beverage.

We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready but the staff found us a room to use until our room was ready (for a small cost). They had a shuttle bus to the nearest train station but it was quicker to walk. 7/11 at door of hotel and shopping centre across the bridge with restaurants. There was an onsen but I wasn’t brave enough to use it. Held our luggage safely as we had a late flight. Amazing bathrooms, towels and bedding.

Our room was overlooking what seemed to be air conditioner fans which, even with windows closed, I could hear.

Amazing hotel, quite the value for the money. Rooms are outfitted with all the basic necessities like hairdryer, kettle, a fridge and even a wooden crafted shoe horn. The bathroom is lovely as well and it is quite spacious. Friendly staff and the house keeping cleaned out the trash and changed towels every day. Vending machines with your favorite drinks on the 2nd floor at the same prices you'd find at the local supermarket.

Kind of a long walking distance from the nearest stations, but there is a bus that goes to the stations every 20 minutes from 7-10AM every morning if you decide to head out around that time. The buses start heading back every 20 minutes from 6-9PM. Not really a "drawback" at all but it might be worth noting The rooms are nice and has everything you need, but from what we could tell there isn't really a place to store your items or clothes, and with the size of the room keeping stuff from outings like sovenirs or other items will take up a lot of the floor space over time. All in all though the value you get for the price per night makes it all worth it.

It is the only hotel I can stay with my family in that area. The room was new and the facilities is good. We enjoyed the public bath and happy that the hotel provide a microwave at the common room.

A female staff was rude and took advantage on my son. I lost my key card and paid 1000 yen to a male staff without receipt. He was told to collect me when she heard that I lost it. But the card could not function when my son used the card later. So he asked that female staff to fix it but was told that the 1000 yen was paid for the lost one and we need to share only one card! It doesn’t make sense for her explanation to my son, how can a double room gets only one keycard? Besides, I paid for the the new card. I came down and complained to another male staff and she overheard it but didn’t explain why. She just asked me that do you want a keycard, sorry for misunderstanding and she gave me the new one with a bottle of water.

Every single staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room, making it more spacious. The hotel also features an onsen, providing a perfect place to shower and relax at the end of the day.

The location is somewhat inconvenient, despite the hotel's shuttle buses to Toyosu Station in the morning and evening. We had to take a taxi when it rained because the buses don't run frequently. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking this hotel again in the future.

The hotel felt new and clean. The staff were responsive. The windows opened, and you can set the AC to cool if you prefer sleeping in cooler rooms. This was great as a lot of hotels we visited in early spring had the AC set to heat, even as the temperature outside got into the high 60s to low 70s. There was a large supermarket and mall next door.

It's not in a very touristy area. The airport bus at Toyosu station to Narita wasn't frequent, but there's a mall nearby to kill time.

Clean, modern looking, safe, friendly staff, easy check-in and check out. Easy to walk to from Toyosu Station. Located across from an Aeon Style with a 24hr supermarket. There is also a 7/11 just a few steps down from the Hotel. If you aren't ready for a tighter space hotel and have large luggage this probably isn't a good choice. If you are traveling with carry on sized luggage, this is a great option. I will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.
