Location, staff, cleaning services, breakfast, the convenient store [reachable via BF1)👌👌👌👌

Sometimes there was a smell in the toilet, not a big deal because it went away when we turned on the vent (which was supposed to work 24 hr). again not a big deal The breakfast was almost the same every morning. It was delicious and all but a bit of variety might make it even better. There was no coffee in the room which was a bit of a downer matter for coffee addicts like myself. The coffee in the 7/11 downstair was very good though.

The location was super close to the Akasaka station (Harry Potter themed) which was super cool. The staff was friendly and there was a 7-11 on the first floor. So convenient! I also loved that they included a lot of DHC products in their amenities so I got to try some new skincare items.

The breakfast buffet was meat forward, would've loved to see more vegetarian options other than salad. The rooms were also pretty small but that's typical in Japan.

Hotel is in a great location. It was about a 10 minute walk to multiple train lines and the Harry Potter Village. The 7 eleven and ATM downstairs were also very helpful. The breakfast was nice being your standard Hotel breakfast and the rooms were stocked with toiletries. The room was very clean and we had it cleaned by staff on our middle day as an inclusion of the eco plan.

The room was small but this is to be expected in the Tokyo area. Our main issue with the room was the pillows. They were rock hard and arguably not usable. Tea and coffee was also not replaced daily on the eco plan and there was no milk provided. Overall for the price I would still recommend this hotel but these are definitely things to think about.

Fantastic position, very close to Akasaka metro (and it'll be evrn more once works in progress at southern exits will be completed. Nice modern structure with comfy rooms very well equipped, basically there was no need to bring anything from home a part from clothes (and pijamas were available too). Good abundant breakfast, japanese and international and English well understood (which is never to be given as granted in Japan). An slways open Seven-Eleven is directly linked to levrl -1 of hotel, you can go shopping by elevator. Extremely crean and efficient, definitively a great hotel.

Nothing really Important. Breakfast buffet closes at 9.30am, 10 would be perfect.

First time in Japan and everything was great. The room was very clean, daily housekeeping did a very good job. All the staff knew english and were very kind. Helped us with all of our questions and needs. They evem completed the paperwork for the luggage forwarding service. Outstanding standars. Highly recommend. The hotel is located in a quiet but central area, very close to the Ginza line and even closer to the Chiyoda line which connect to all the major spots in the Tokyo area.

Don’t know why, but the price for our specific 7 night stay was at least one third higher than any other 7 night period in march, april or may (wasn’t during golden week or any other Japan national holiday).

Fantastic location with three major subway lines within walking distance—great for dropping off shopping and heading back out. Central, yet quiet, and shops are still close by. There’s even a 7-Eleven right at the doorstep. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the size—much better than expected. It could be a tight squeeze for two with large suitcases, but still manageable. I originally booked based on reviews and wasn’t sure at first, but I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be perfect. I’ve even cancelled my other hotels and rebooked here for another 7-night stay at the end of my trip…it’s just that convenient.

Late check in but that’s normal for Japan :-(

the room was clean with a good bed and pillows and the space was a little bigger than standard japanese hotel rooms i’ve been to. the lobby was pretty and there’s a 7/11 around the corner. it was easy for taxis to pull up as well.

it’s on a hill so it may be hard with luggage. some of the staff were a bit snobby sounding/looking. the rest were kind. the restaurant is closed for dinner and breakfast is the same everyday. most of the restaurants nearby including lunch at the hotel is closed on sundays so when i arrived on a sunday i walked up and down hills looking for open restaurants for 30 min.

Great Location, Hotel staff were nice enough. Great that there's a 7/11 just downstairs you can enter via the hotel lift. Really short walk from Metro / Rail stations and a great Harry potter exhibit around the corner. Room was clean enough and had all the amenities needed. Bed was comfy

There was some small dust fibres on the bed I noticed, not too bad but a little concerning. The room was a lot smaller than we thought it would be (although still manageable). Bed pillows could have been a little comfier. It was a choice between a rock hard pillow and a really light pillow

The staff were super friendly and rooms were small (but standard for Tokyo) and kept very clean. Amenities were replaced everyday, and it was overall a very comfortable experience as we stayed almost a week here. There is a convenience store in the building which was extremely good. The location was also very good.

Though Akasaka was a great location and walking to Akasaka Station was no issue, there is no direct limousine bus that goes to the hotel, which means traveling from Narita Airport we had to get off at Akasaka-Mitsuke and walk to the hotel with all of our luggage which took about 15-20 minutes.

Polite staff, clean room with charger, slippers and pj's provided (though was never ask for size, so the XXL pj's were not used). Nice option were the two pillows of different type. Great shower pressure, has a lot of toiletries, and great smelling soaps/shampoos. Nice addition was the floor sensor light in the room (when you wake up in the middle of the night). Location was s bit far from metro stations, but it was quiet neighborhood.

The bed was a bit hard. I really didn't like the bed cover - it suppose to be silky, but it easily slips and entangls.
