The location is pretty good. 2-minute walk from the station, close to a few convenient stores and coffee shops, and close to the TBS tv building. The hotel offers a few amenities on the first floor you can take whatever you need (bath towels, tooth brushes, tea, coffee). The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. The manager was very sociable and I learned about a few places near the hotel from him. They clean the room every 3rd day. So if you check in on Monday, they clean on Thursday, then Sunday, etc. They replace towels and take out the trash bag daily though.

Maybe the beds are a bit too hard. They would’ve been perfect if they were a bit softer.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything clean and comfortable, breakfast is ok. Room is very quiet! Lift super fast! Near a very nice Atrium with nice unexpensive restaurants, and 3 minutes walk form metro station.

The bread at breakfast could really be better! Replenishing the dishes was a bit of a problem sometimes but that’s not a big problem. The double bed was stuck against the wall, which made it difficult for one of us to climb out of bed, especially if you are tall!

Good value for money. The receptionists were helpful when we needed assistance in trying to book football tickets. The location is quite nice, situated in an area that it is not full of people yet lively enough.The hotel is very close to a subway station and not too far away from other stations with better connections (for example, to the Ginza line).

As a vegetarian, the breakfast had very limited options since almost all dishes contained meat. The rooms were very small, which made the space incredibly cramped for two people with suitcases.

The staff were so kind and helpful, we speak basically no Japanese and we were still able to communicate well! The toiletries provided were great as well. The best part is definitely the location! So many stations nearby with different lines, and so many good options around the hotel.

Only thing I wish was a bit better were the beds, they were very solid but definitely not the worst!

truly gracious and attentive customer service from staff, great location- so close to Akasaka station! super clean staff really represent Japanese culture at its best. One example: manager even stood & waited patiently for me at night to come down+borrow iron at reception, when he could've been elsewhere. Greetings & politeness displayed at all times-truly wonderful

Very nice staff. Clear information about the stay, also in English. Very clean room with all needed amenities. Really close to well connected metro stations. Very safe, quiet neighborhood (for Tokyo "center" that is :))

I didn't love the bed, it was quite stiff, but I wouldn't take it as an objective downside. I think it was a really nice stay for the price and would recommend it again.

Good location near many restaurant , near chiyoda station exit6 walk about2min and near chiyoda station exit 3 with elevator—> convenient for large luggage. Excellent staffs with english and preparation about resident facilities with paper which easy to understand.

Great location and free breakfast with friendly helpful Reception staff. Perhaps a few more Western choices for breakfast would be a nice touch or even fruit and yogurt. The coffee bags in the room were great too.

Our room was tiny for 2 adults with 2 suitcases and 2 cabin bags. It was like slide-a square to get clothes out each day but we managed for the 5 nights we were there. We’d get a bigger room next time.

Staff was always friendly, they made time to translate certain information for me, which I really appreciated. Breakfasts were always good, I loved having fresh vegetables every morning. Never had an issue with the hotel room, everything worked as it should.

Awesome location near Akasaka train station. Hotel was clean and room was a good size for 1 person. Breakfast was very limited, not much to choose from but ok as was included.

A better variety of breakfast. Otherwise good.
