The many malls and F&B near the accommodation. It's about 8-10 minutes to walk from Kinshicho metro station to the hotel which is in the neighbourhood. It isn't as crowded with tourists as the other parts of Tokyo. The hotel provides free bread, coffee, tea & water at the lobby in the morning, which is a welcome surprise. The staff provide excellent service!

The pillow is too flat, it's almost non existent. Had there been two pillows it might help. The twin beds are placed next to each other without any space between them. As with most hotels, there's hardly any space to open luggage. The bathrobes aren't too comfortable, the material is too heavy and the bathrobes don't stay close because it's a wrap around with a belt

Everything, was very good w space in the room, very comfortable beds, the bathroom is very nice, everything is clean without odors or humidity, rent a room with a view of the sky tree and it is a game changer, there are free amenities such as toothbrushes, hair bands, etc... the kindness of the people was incredible, the location is close to the station and close to family mart, there are free rolls, coffee and soup, they helped me send my bags to Kyoto, I would stay here again without a doubt

Nothing, all is fine

Hotel is new and our room can see Sky Tree. Bathroom is small but functional with nice badiet and walk in ring shower head. Metro, shopping and restaurants are close by and convenient!

Wish the lobby a little bigger and have better breakfast area instead of just serving drink and pastry. Surrounding of the hotel could be better.

Amazing room, comfortable beds, loved the rain shower, everything looked brand new,complimentary rolls and coffee/tea everyday were a bonus, and lots of amenities in lobby to pick up complimentary if needed , like razor,hairbrush, cotton pads/ear buds they even had traditional sleeping gowns to borrow, location was optional less than 5 minutes from Kinshicho station which had easy access from there to Narita airport.And the price was terrific great value for money, look no further this will exceed your expectations.

Nothing —everything was amazing

Staff was nice, they have vendo, laundry and free breakfast. Spacious rooms which is rare in tokyo. They have parked electric scooters for rent (luup app) lots of parking around if renting a car. We had the room with a view of tokyo skytree.

The room and bathroom were clean and bed comfy, I especially enjoyed the western style shower. The location was only a 6min walk from Kinshicho Station -- making it great location-wise. Would happily stay here again!

Floor space was quite limited and there was only just enough room to open up my one suitcase. I believe I booked the 'Double Room' (12 m²) so if you have more than one suitcase, booking a larger room would be optimal.

It was in an excellent, convenient location. A nice, small hotel. Really comfortable bed with great view from top floor. Pleasant and great value for money. Thank you!

I was very happy, nothing I didn't like. Only that I kept forgetting to collect sachets of coffee on the way up to my room in the evening! Perhaps if some coffee was already in the room that would be useful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern. Not far to the metro. Stand up shower.

The area has some "hostess" bars. Ladies will stand in the street, not scantily clad or anything. Some male touts are in the nearby streets, they are not aggressive or forward.

The location, the staffs, the cleanliness, especially that they have a shower.

The room was smaller than I thought so even though travelling alone, it’s quite hard to open 2 suitcase at a time.

- Bed was very cozy - liked the rain shower - free light breakfast with very tasty bread - Kinshicho Station just 3 Min foot walk away - plenty of shops and restaurants in the area - direct bus connection to Haneda airport from Kinshicho Station - very nice lady on the desk who helped me with the bus connection to the airport

- the room I had was very small, with my big suitcase it was very cramped. Two people with two of such big suitcases would not have fit in the room. At least not if they want to open their suitcases.
