This was easily my most favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. The location was quiet, safe and offered a lot. The breakfast and service every morning was well worth it and made us feel so welcome and good. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite me not knowing any Japanese. The bathroom, was the main reason we got the room and it was beyond worth it. 100% would stay here again and gladly!

I’m struggling to find anything wrong with this place. Everything was great here. We even felt earthquakes while there and while I could feel the rolling motions the room itself made me feel safe as nothing was swinging wildly or dangerously.

A 2 minute walk from Kinshicho Station with plenty of restaurants and bus/train connections. The room was huge and had complimentary water located throughout the room; I counted 7 bottles! Free wine. Continental breakfast was included and was punctual to the time I selected. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me no matter where I ran into them. The best hotel experience I've had in Japan. I also really like the ambiance that they've set. I don't like bright lights so the dimmer setting in the hallways was perfect for me. I will definitely be staying here again.

I have no complaints about the property or the service.

The room was clean and comfortable in size for two people with only carry on luggage and moderate sized personal items (backpack and duffel). The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was really good as well (just wish more fruit was included instead of two pieces). I would definitely like to stay here again and view another room type.

Wish there were more closet space or a luggage rack or just somewhere else to store luggage. We were okay because we packed light. If you bring a large checked bag to Tokyo just be aware of the stairs in some of the train stations and the smaller accommodations in most hotels.

The room was exactly laid out exactly like pictured, but so much bigger in person. The beds were soft and extreme comfortable. The bath was very deep, and long enough for me to stretch my legs out (I am 6') and the bath salts were great for relaxing after a long day of walking around Tokyo. The amenities were excellent. Really good quality, and very plentiful. It was also really convenient to be able to request more through the tablet. The location was really convenient as well. The closest station is only a few minutes away, there's a Lawson's and a Family Mart just across the street, and there's tons of great restaurants in the area. We usually got back to the hotel too late to try the on site restaurants, but the menus looked great.

It was advertised as 1 king bed, but was actually 2 twin beds, made up separately.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was tasty and always arrived at the requested time. Room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The snacks and drinks that came included with the room were a nice little touch that added to the quality of our stay. Proximity to Kinshicho station also made getting around the city very convenient.

This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary wine, water, juices, and snacks, which added a nice touch to the experience. Additionally, the train and metro stations are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around.

The skM Hotel was wonderful, the staff were extremely delightful always willing to help. The breakfast was really interesting and good. The accommodation was extremely spacious, very comfortable beds, clean. We were upgraded and had a wonderful spa bath as well. The hotel has an excellent vibe. It is close to the train station. Overall we would rate this hotel very highly... will definitely stay again.

Was tricky to find initially but good location and easy walk to sky tower . Needs better lighting in hallways as very dark and a step up to get to rooms . Also perhaps some assistance getting tv onto English we couldn’t watch anything and could not figure out how to change to English .

SlM Hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, incredibly comfortable mattresses, and attention to detail in service are unmatched. The housekeeping staff even took the initiative to organize our belongings from large to small, which was an unexpected but delightful touch.
