Location- Just one stop away from Tokyo station (Yamamote line) and Tokyo subways were just 5-7 minutes by foot (Marunouchi, Hanzomon, Ginza, Mita, Chiyoda & Todai line). We like that there’s plenty of restaurant options and convenience stores just outside the hotel. Quiet neighborhood, we had good sleep every night. WIFI-fast and stable connection. Room- We like that the room is quite spacious for a typical Japan hotel room. We were able to store our luggages. 2 medium luggages can be stored under the table near the t.v., 2 large luggages in the compartment for clothes and descent space to hang our clothes. Pillows and mattress were just right for us. Our room has air purifier which was a plus for us. Even with ongoing renovation, we had good night sleep. Our room were provided daily clean body and hand towels and room were cleaned every 3 days. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning our room and requests like trash disposal, tissue and toiletries replenishment. Thank you so much housekeeping! Food/Breakfast- We are not breakfast people so we did not avail this. We saw options like bread and sausage were served. Customer Service-This is a last minute vacation, I made booking when we were at the hotel and liked the neighborhood. The only thing we find challenging was communicating with them but they were really patient on assisting us and made sure that we have everything we need. They even allowed early check-in. Such a great customer Service. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again at Villa Fontaine

We had a one night stay in the middle of a very busy vacation. This is a low service hotel but it had everything we needed in a quiet office location close to Tokyo Station. Rooms were a good size and bathroom was small but worked. Decor was contemporary. Entrance to room was via an atrium open to the outside air which was unusual, but fine. They stored our bags so we could sightsee one day. Provided a beautiful quality cashmere wool blanket as I prefer to sleep without the room heater on.

The size of the room is huge! Larger than the ones i stayed in in Osaka. Enough space for me to open my oversized luggage. Comfortable bed, good amenities and great staff. They send our luggages which we placed at the baggage storage in the morning to our room before we even check in. Love it!

The washing machine comes with the dryer but the dryer doesn’t work. We dry it for 6 times (¥600) and the clothes come out still wet.

the service was very good. we had daily housekeeping even if request was only meant for garbage collection. Also, the location was nicely situation along nearby subway stations - kanda and otemachi. plus walking distance to place for variety of authentic japanese food and for drinking. lastly, the place was strategically located to some famous places to visit in tokyo. even near the central tokyo station. almost everything was max of 30 minute train ride. if we are back in tokyo, will definitely stay here again.

Close proximity to Otemachi metro station and Tokyo station, within walking distance to Marunochi area and Imperial Gardens, food is not a problem in the surrounding areas. Room is clean although a bit compact for 2 large suitcases. Hotel also provide a lot of amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, pjs, shaving razor, coffee, etc. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was absolutly fantastic. I was able to connect with several train stations, run from the hotel to several other sites around Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. The staff was friendly at check in and helped us with everything.

Rooms are very small for 3 grown adults. I would reconsider doing that again. The space was hard to move around with the overall size of the room and bathroom facilities.

The check-in process was smooth and I loved how environmentally friendly the hotel was. Although the room was smaller than expected, it had everything I needed. It was modern, clean, and minimalistic. There was a 7-11 right beside the hotel as well which was really convenient.

The room was rather small, leaving little to no room for opened luggage. Other than the size of the room, there was not much to complain about.

The room was spacious comparing to other hotels at the same price. Our room has a view of Skytree. 5 mins to JR station, 20 mins walk to Shinkansen Tokyo station. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Good drip coffee provided.

Great location near subways and the imperial palace. Staff was very helpful. The room is very small, but that's part of the price. Great bathroom for the size.

The laundry machines were not the best, and there were too few of them. Air conditioner controls were a little hard to use.

Little bit of a walk to station but not bad. Small room if you have a lot of luggage but it was perfect for us. Compared to other rooms in Tokyo at that price it was excellent!
