The location was excellent. Around 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, we could easily drag our luggages with us. The sidewalk was wide and easy to manuver even with big luggages. The property is very close to Otemachi Metro Station, around 5 mins walk. And very close to Kanda station (8 mins walk), which have great connections to JR lines (Yamanote, Chuo, & Chuo-Sobu) and several metro lines. There are yokocho near Kanda station with lots of eateries (kaiten sushi, izakaya, cafes, etc) with lively atmosphere and lots of local salarymen frequented the restaurants. We went there several times for dinner. Seven eleven is just round the corner, made it easy if we want to purchase some snacks or even fruits. The hotel staff were very helpful, they provided us with clear direction when we checked in using the automatic machine. The room is in the smaller size bur adequate for 2 people. Bedding is comfortable, with decent size bathroom. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Had a wonderful experience staying 3 nights at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi. The location itself is 6-mins walk from JR Kanda Station or 3-mins walk from Subway Station - Otemachi. Service is great and Guest Service - Yunita is very helpful, reliable, provided lots of information and helpful to assist me with my extra box luggage. The other team members help with providing me a box 📦 & organized it well for me to carry, box is available to be purchased from hotel which is really convenient. Room is clean, bedroom is comfy with humidifier that help with the dry air which I was suffering from other hotel previously. The sleepwear they provided during my stay is the most comfortable cotton to sleep in. Amenities toothbrush, body wash cloth, cotton buds etc is at Reception and grab yourself as it’s a sustainable hotel. They provided 2-bottles of water everyday. Like the BOSE speaker and I can Bluetooth my Spotify and listen to my own Jazz music in room. Overall experience was amazing!

Location - close, walking distance to Kanda Station (for JK, JY JC lines and Ginza line) and Otemachi Station ( Marunouchi, Honzomon, Tozai, Chiyoda, and Mita lines). Plenty of kombini and food outlets nearby. Room is comfortably bigger than most rooms in Tokyo, and offers full daily cleaning service, which you can opt out from for environmental reasons, and request for just towel change and/or cleaning the rubbish bins. Snacks and coffee facilities are on offer at the lobby cafè - Tokyo Baker's Kitchen every evening. The front desk personnels were very helpful, efficient and polite.

The cleanliness, the staff and the room. The breakfast was adequate. I personally would have liked some rice and more traditional Japanese food. We had lunch there one day and the price was excellent and food good. We liked the location. Near Kanda to wander in and a block from the large Otemachi station for easy subway access and quick meals and close to Imperial Palace.

As ever our comfort queen was small. If you travel with tons of stuff you may want to spring for a bigger room. The exact neighborhood is a business district so empty at night but Kanda just a few blocks away.

Location of the hotel is very central and close to Tokyo station (about 1 km), there’s Otemachi station about 300m from the hotel. Breakfast provided is nice and changes slightly every day. Service is impeccable, there’s also some small snack available in the small breakfast restaurant from 17:00-22:00 (eg some small chocolate that apparently helps you sleep).

Hotel charges 2,000 per hour for extending the checkout beyond 11:00am. Other hotels offer this service for free, I paid 6,000 Yen for the maximum 14:00 checkout as our flight was only at 17:35. Quite pricey. No facility like a spa or swimming pool. Rooms are very small like always in Tokyo, our window was onto an elevated highway which is right next to the hotel (though we didn’t hear any noise from it thanks to the excellent double glazing windows). Many people in Tokyo live right next to highways.

We always love coming to Mitsui Garden Hotels given their convenience and customer service. Our stay this time in Otemachi was excellent as well. The staff were flexible and helped us arrange transport to the airport, helping us lock in a fixed rate. They also helped us store our bags before and after our stay. The room itself was spacious for Tokyo standards and the bed and duvet were excellent. No issues with the bathroom either, shower got hot quickly and had appropriate pressure too.

Room ammenities (coffee, tea, toiletries downstairs) were all of good quality Very comfy & cozy room; the PJs especially were so comfotable to sleep in Friendly staff & good customer service (not overintruding but always there for questions) Commitment to sustainability (you could opt for a light cleaning to save resources); cleaning service was spotless either way though

Not actually an issue for us but might be for other travellers, especially families: pease consider if the location suits your needs - the hotel is located in a business district so not much to do there; the only attraction within walking distance is the imperial palace, but otherwise the hotel can only be used as a base to other places In addition, the hotel is close to both subway & JR but still a bit of a walking distance meaning you still had to walk back in the evening, with not many konbini options nearby (only 3 nearby open late but many shelves were empty in the evening)

The hotel looks new, and was very clean and very close to Kokyo Station where you can get the Shinkansen to other makor Japanese cities. We stayed during Winter, so when it was raining or too cold, the underground maze under Tokyo Station took us almost to the hotel door, to exit A2 as labeled on Google Maps. Alas, A2 is very hard to find in the labirinth underground. We found it much easier to just walk an extra block above ground, and use exit A5. You can find a convenience store (7-Eleven) open 24/7 just around the block. Check-in and check-out is done on machines in the lobby, but we always found staff near them helping us in the process. The restaurant in the ground floor looks small, but they're very organised and we always had no problems finding seats for both of us. The breakfast options easily catered to our western taste, and allowed us to also try some asian (Japanese?) options. We stayed in the top floor and had a good view of Tokyo. The room was always warm, and even though Japanese hotels tend to be small in area, we had room for 3 large bags and both of us.

One of the sides of the bed was next to the wall, so one of us had to get in/out from the bottom of the bed, but this seems to be a common layout in Japan.

Honestly loved this place. Room was so clean, comfortable and spacious for a Japanese room. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was really tasty & different to what I’ve seen before but oh my goodness the best bread I’ve ever had. We realised it was situated perfectly also. Tokyo is so big but this felt like it was a great location to everything around & 3-4 minute walk to the metro!

It has a very welcoming atmosphere with a wonderful soothing scent along with the ecstatically pleasing interior design. The staff were helpful and thoughtful with the orientation of the hotel, luggage transfers and many more! Perfect walking distance from the hotel to otemachi station which takes 2 mins slow walk or 30 sec if you sprint! The station takes you everywhere!!
