Located in a nice area of town. Kanda train station is a short 5 minute walk away which will get you to near everywhere in Tokyo via usually just a single train transfer. Ginza, Akihabara, Shinjuku, etc. You can walk to Tokyo station in about 15 minutes. There is a mini-mart directly across the road + 7 Eleven close by open most hours for snacks or drinks. There is some dining options around, as well as a couple of bars. It is a relatively quiet area for the centre of Tokyo, which is good if you don't like busy. I also felt safe walking around at night in this area. Although I am a guy, I think it would be quite safe for women. Room was nicely noise insulated, and I could not hear the sounds of the road, even though I was on the 5th floor. It also has sliding door blinds to completely block out the light. I am a very very bad sleeper! and I could sleep in without issues. Shower + toilet + bath was compact, but clean and serviceable. It has a small mini-fridge which is great to store things. A few floors up there is a vending machine + washing machine. Aircon worked well in 35 degree heat in summer, and adjustable from the bed, as well as lights.

Bed and pillow was a little hard, but I think that is maybe the Japanese way. You can request a softer pillow if you like (like I did) Room is pretty small, but again, I think this is the Japanese way - as realestate is expensive in Tokyo.

Very clean! Proper hotel, luggage storage was easy to use and available anytime on checkin or checkout days. Lots of amenities and free toiletries in lobby. Daily room service. Room was new, modern, and sleek. Yes it is small as some other reviews cite, compared to US or even European hotel rooms. Enough space for one person, I was perfectly comfortable. For a couple it would be a bit of a squeeze I’d imagine. Bathroom is a step up like other reviews cite, so just be careful. Overall really loved it. Pretty soundproof and shades blocked the majority of the light. Also lights by the bed so you don’t have to get up! Pricier than other hostels you could find in Japan but like I said it’s a proper hotel in a decently centrally located place and I did book on a discount (about $240 for 4 nights).

The price - as I said there are cheaper places but this is a pretty nice hotel. Room was smaller but had enough. The mattress, as some other reviews cited, is a bit stiff, so I wish that was more comfortable.

I stayed here last month and chose to stay here again when I came to Tokyo for an exam. The location is very convenient, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Although I booked a non smoking room the allocated room had a noticeable smokey smell. However the staff immediately moved me to a different room which had no problems - in fact it was an upgrade as the new room had a view of the trains. Many thanks for this exemplary customer service. The staff are excellent - both professional and friendly. Overall a great experience, and I've already booked to stay again.

As before, the breakfast was good but a wider selection of fruit and veg would be welcome.

It’s a nice neighbourhood, very close and accessible to different transport lines so it was very easy to use the train systems plus only a 10 min walk to Tokyo station. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, room had everything you would need.

The only thing I could complain about was the beds, I stayed for 4 nights and did not get much sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, very stiff almost like it was a hard spring mattress with no support, maybe if they added a mattress topper it would help. Although it wasn’t my biggest concern so I didn’t ask the staff about it, I did find it more comfortable if you slept flat on your back however I am a side sleeper so that didn’t help.

We had a corner room on the 4th floor. The room was a good size compared to other Tokyo hotels. We had a good view of the shinkansen trains going into Tokyo station. Sound proofing in room was excellent, even with road works going on outside. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and friendly, and always with a smile on their faces. The room was clean and most important for us quiet, We didn't hear other guests or outside noise. Also It's easier to use Kanda station instead of Tokyo station

Our stay was not long enough, only 12 nights.

Location: The hotel is about 750 m from Tokyo Station, the main departure point in Tokyo for tourists. Moreover, there is the Mitsukoshimae subway station (Z line and G line)) about 300 m away. The kindness of the entire staff: for example, I had a problem with a Japanese phone card and for more than 30 minutes a lady at the reception took care of solving it, always with a smile on her face.

Breakfast not too rich and repetitive. Room cleaning policy: it is done only once every 3 days. I was disturbed by the mention that if I want the trash removed from the room, I should take it out into the hallway. Can't at least the garbage be picked up daily by the employee in the room?

It was very close to one of the train stations., and walking distance (around 10 to 15 mins) to Tokyo Station It's also walking distance (10 to 15 mins) to Akihabara. Staff spoke Japanese and (some) English and I was able to understand them. The buffet was Great. The room was perfect size for my purpose. The room was looked after every day while I was out.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything is great for me. Room size might be small for some people, but I was able to fit all my luggage in the room with no issues

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and they are always very helpful and polite. Many thanks for arranging a room for me with a great view of the Shinkansen! If you are an admirer of the amazing railway of Japan, then this is a hotel for you. Despite of the location, the soundproofing seems to work very well so I slept very well. Another highlight is the breakfast at this hotel, highly recommended with plenty of tasty choices. Lovely thought on the special menu for the New Year's Day. Really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back next time I am in Tokyo.

Excellent location close to multiple stations as well as shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Price was reasonable for a central Tokyo hotel booked at short notice.

The breakfast had some salad options, but a larger selection of fruit and veg would be welcome. The room faced onto an internal courtyard so there was no view - not a problem as such, just be aware that you might not be able to see the trains.

Perfect Location only a 10 min walk to Tokyo Station and a 5 min walk to Kanda Station where you can catch the Yamanote Line, Ginza Line and Keihin-Tōhoku Line. Making it perfect to travel to any location in Tokyo and their sounding areas. The room is spacious and the bathroom was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to store luggage in the luggage store lockers for free. Laundry Mat in hotel was also very helpful. Would stay here again
