The hotel is close to the Nishi-Kasai station around 300 m. It is near 24 hour open supermarket (Y’S supermarket), near 24 hour Lawson, and close to the 7-eleven.

The downside is if you stay with your family and almost cooking everyday, the smell of the food will circulate for long enough in your bedroom since the location between kitchen and bedroom is near each other. Also the air suction in the kitchen is not strong enough.

It only takes a 5-minute walk to reach the hotel from the subway station. Taking the subway, it only takes 15 minutes to reach Nihonbashi Station or Otemachi Station. Right below Nishikasai Subway Station, there are three small food streets with over 20 different dining options. The prices for meals are not expensive, ranging from around 650 to 1200 Japanese Yen. Moreover, they stay open until late. Right after exiting the station, there is a 24-hour supermarket, so you don't have to worry about food-related issues while staying here. The hotel in Nishikasai Station also has paid washing and drying machines. We stayed in the apartment-style hotel near Nishikasai Station for 7 days, and it will be our first choice for accommodation when we visit Tokyo in the future.

Location of the place. Near the train station. Many shops and eating places nearby. Very calm and clean area.

The frequency of cleaning garbage. We stayed for 6 nights. The garbage bins were full. Nobody emptied it. At least the garbage should be removed every alternate day.

The room was very clean, and the location was amazing. It is very easy to get to the station. You have a few convenience stores nearby as well. The staff were very kind and helpful.

If you have a bunk bed, the sheets and pillows for it are underneath, and you need to set it up yourself. You had to stand on the ladder while setting up the top bunk, but that is all I have to complain about.

There was a lot of good restaurants, drug stores and convenience stores nearby. It made travelling with kids easy as I could buy everything I needed without going too far. The place was clean and tidy, I also liked that there was a little kitchen that allowed me to heat up water and wash bottles for my baby.

It was close to a train station, but the train station was not well connected, so it took quite a while to get to most places. But with that being said, if you are on holidays and don’t need to rush anywhere, h guess it doesn’t matter that much. I also didn’t like that there was no room service.

Location: 100% convenient to the likes of 7 Eleven, Lawson and there was a mart for fresh veggies. Additionally, this place is so close to small restuarants like Matsuya, Amudhasurabhi (South Indian). Communication: This is my 1st time to deal with Cloud reception - unmanned check-in & check outs. Fear not - Minn cracked it well, there was no trouble to get in and out.

Kitchen utencils: While I appreciate the pots, pans, electric rice cookers offered, there were only snacks plates for the meal. I recommend the host to offer proper dishes so the guest can use them for lunch/dinner.

The value of money for Tokyo is quite good actually. Also, it is close to the metro line and also two parks that you can enjoy off the hassle of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. We would defintely recommend when going to Tokyo if you're looking for a payable and spontaneous trip and not having all pre-arranged for half a year.

For 2 adults and 2 small children, it is a bit tiny. There is barely any space for you luggage. Also one "bed" would be your bench at the dining table. All in all, very little space...but make sure you get used to it - welcome to Japan!

I loved all the facilities in the room. That includes induction for cooking, a huge table and chairs for meals and work, microwave for any ready to eat kind of food, even the wifi did not give me any trouble throughout my stay. The location is very close to Nishi Kasai station. And has a lot of convenience stores around it.

There was no 'all time available ' staff. I understand that since COVID struck there is a shortage of staff. The good part is that the front desk is available on video call that can be done at the reception (a tablet is available to make the call). Also check-in timings are too strict (3 p.m.) , no confirmation code is provided prior to it. Something that can be improved. Also when you visit the hotel, there is no one to guide on how to open the automated gate. There is a small device on the left of the gate to input your confirmation code to enter. Please call the hotel in case you don't have it during check-in.

This is my 2nd stay . Big room w/complete kitchen equipment (electric stove, microwave , oven and big refrigeration). Just 5 min walk / 380m from Nishikasai Station / T16 (Tozai line) . Easy to walk around to tourist attraction within 20-30min w train. Walking distance w Aeon , YS supermarket with affordable price compare. Laundry machine 5kg 30min for Y300 , And dryer Y100 for 30min need 2 coins for 1 hour 90% dry . Need 2 days the hotel send back information of room no and password key entrance . check in need scan to system , some times person coming and really help full .

Nothing . FYI They not clean your room daily ; no complain for service apartment . They provide free service if you stay 7 days .

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and is near the train station, convenience stores and supermarkets. It's also within walking distance from a Don Quijote, ABC mart (with limited stocks, I prefer the ones in Ueno) and GU. We liked how modern the check-in and check out procedure was. They also have a baggage area at the lobby where you can leave your bags even after check out. The room also has extra bedding stored in the drawers under the sofa. You can also use your Netflix account to watch shows but English subtitles are scarce.

The toiletries were incomplete as there were no disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes. I wish the rooms had washing machines because the coin ones at the lobby are always full in the evenings. The neighborhood is residential so during the evening rush hour expect to feel like canned sardines on the train.
