I like how close it was to subway station plus the convenience of having your own washer/dryer inside the room was a plus.

In my opinion, It was a bit pricey for this type of apartment/hotel plus the check out time was a bit early at 10am. If I were to extend for an hour, which is at 11am- they would charge me more than ¥5,000 which I thought was too much, so we just left and checked out at 10am.

The overall location, convenience, and cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We were a family of five and it's hard to find any properties that could accommodate that in one room and this property had that. For a room in Tokyo, it was spacious and had all the amenities of home including a washer/dryer combo that saved us from having to pack too much for this international trip.

Not the fault of the hotel, but someone tried to access my room at 4am one morning thinking our room was his room. He was insistent to the point where he was knocking on the door and entering his code on our door's keypad and I had to turn him away after opening the door and him aggressively trying to get in. This is probably due to the afterhours check-in and no staff at the front desk but there are clear instructions that the guest did not follow.

Great location close to suitegumae station which gave easy transfer from Narita Airport and great access to whole city via subway. Get a Pasmo Passport at Narita if arriving before 9pm and jump straight on subway to suitegumae. Just make sure you have 1500 yen per adult cash, half that for kids 6-11. Can use Pasmo all over Japan except for Shinkansen which you can book seperatly. Hotel staff lovely and friendly and room perfect for family of four. Definitely stay again.

It’s apartment like room with kitchen facilities is good for family stay. Room is also spacious. The best part I like is the separate toilet and bathroom, there door separating the wash basin and bathtub area so different members can use the facilities at same time. The dining table sufficient for 4 members to use with sofa with can be converted into a bed. The washer in room also good if you want to do some laundry.

Lovely staff! Deep tub and good smelling soaps. Outlets on the headboard. Sitting area. Check out Jonathan's nearby for a casual Denny's-like breakfast. Central to many train stations.

Bed was hard. It's in the business district, so it felt weird wandering out for brunch in casual clothes when people were hustling to work. Traffic can be bad around rush hours. Had to memorize the numeric codes for the elevator and room, or carry the slip check in gave you. Could hear ambulances several times per day.

The room is spacious enough for a family of 4. I loved that there is a washing machine inside the room. Also liked that the toilet is separate from the shower. The receptionists were very helpful, especially Marjorie who is Filipina. It is near subway stations. Walking distance to Tokyo City Airport Terminal. Haneda airport is 30 mins by airport limousine bus. Neighborhood is safe, not a very touristy area. A lot of convenience stores nearby. It is also walking distance to Ningyocho area which has good local restos.

Staff was very helpful. Room was good size for family of 5. Has it's own kitchen and washer/dryer. Reception received my luggage via Takyubin and placed directly into our room, and also kept our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Very convenient for access to both airports via TCAT. Ticked all our boxes for a place to stay in Tokyo.

Heating unit initially was noisy, didn't heat up and there was a funny smell, but this was dealt with in a timely manner and issue was resolved.

this place has a nice unit for family with bunk bend, even it's really close to station but it was placed at quiet surrounding, everymorning you can meet a family with kids because there's a school nearby.

this hotel name isn't appeared in the maps, when we want to order uber to pick us up, they came to different hotel, which has the same name, it's really confusing, and it cost us lot of money when the uber driver came to pick us up.

Staff are very helpful. They allowed early check-in. Thank you. Check-in process was a delight. Very quick. Though the hotel was not in the business district , there were many hidden gems near it - classic Jap restos in particular.

The trains station that was nearer the hotel does not have the most common train lines. The better one takes 10 mins to reach.

Great location near train stations, food and an airport transfer bus. The washer/dryer is superb. Room and bed size is fantastic for tokyo, making it great for my family.

My main gripe is that the water pressure and heat for the shower head wasn't consistent, but strangely ok for the connected bath tap. We realised the hot water had to be "reset" by running the tap for a while before switching it back to the shower head
