The location is very convenient, 10 min walk to the nearest train station, lots of shops and restaurants that open till late, the room is suitable for 1 person, the bed is very comfortable, they think of everything that you would need in the room which is always appreciated. There is a laundry room that I used which is convenient. I also liked the massage chairs while waiting for the laundry 😄

Only thing I found a bit confusing, might be because I reached late and was tired, is the way to the front desk (there is the main building and the Annex building). It took me sometime to know where to go but other than that everything was great.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Shinjuku metro and train station. The rooms are a bit small, but they are a standard size for Japan, I would say. The staff is very friendly, I had a very smooth experience with check-in and check-out and with arranging my luggage delivery to Kyoto from Tokyo.

There's central air conditioning in the hotel and you cannot regulate the temperature in your room; I stayed in a very hot period of August and at night it was a bit hot in my room. My room also only had a hard rice pillow - it would be nice to have a soft alternative. But these are minor things.

The hotel has a good location, with small but nice rooms . The rooms are well soundproofed I couldn't hear much from outside or the rooms next to me . There is a Family mart within the hotel as well as some bars and restaurants. Do yourself a favour and check out a small bar inside the hotel main building called Kaki yaki hajime (it's next to the restaurant where you catch your own fish) . It was the highlight of my trip with the nicest owners and very friendly customers also it serves some great food . So I would happily stay there again

I know it's silly but the laundry room needs more dryers ,there was always a long queue.

The room was a reasonable size, good bathroom. The location was really fantastic. Near Shinjuku Chue Park and Tokyo Goverment Tower, also quicly connected to subway by tunnel. Close to everything in Shinjuku and Shibuya. The lower floors have two combini stores and a few restaurants and izakaya. The airport limousine bus stops in front of the hotel. You couldn't ask for more, especially if it was the first time in Japan like mine was. Perfect introduction point to Tokyo.

A detailed pamphlet in the room describing the facilities would be excellent. I discovered only on the last day that there was an ice machine and a closer laundry room to the Anex . If only all facilities and restaurants were updated in a small guide....

Great location. This hotel is within a quick walk to the metropolian hall in Shinjuku with many restaurants and conveniet stores attached to the main building. Easy access to subway stations with a stop for the airport limousine bus outside the mainbuilding. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. This hotel will still by my top choice when I visit Tokyo again in the future!

The room is a bit smaller than what I expected. But considering it's in the heart of Shinjuku, I don't have a big problem about it. I organize my suitcases every day to make sure I still have enough space in my room.

The room was so spacious for Tokyo. We really enjoyed our stay here. The laundry facilities were really good. There were lots of machines and was easy to do washing. The machines were seperate washers and dryers, not like the combined machines that don't dry well. Hot tip: There's an underground path from the train station to the hotel. Just head out West gate from Shinjuku Station (I think) and follow signs to Tokyo Metro building. It took us a while to find but great when we were leaving with our big suitcases. I think it was a bit quicker to walk on street though.

It felt like it was a bit far from the main area but that's not the hotel's fault. It was a bit hard to find and confusing. Just head to main Shinjuku Washington building and head inside and then you walk through to find the Annex. The room was SO dark at night. Obviously during the day we could open the curtains to let in light but at night, there was no ceiling light. Just lamps so was kinda hard to see in your suitcase.

Nice and clean once of the nicest places we have stayed whilst in Tokyo.

Room however, is smaller than what it looks on pictures. We also had no plug socket near the bed and the bathroom was also very small. It also said on the notice that rooms were only cleaned on the third day of your stay (we only stayed three days) but every day someone had been into our room and either folded our towels or given us new ones and emptied the bin. The bed remained untouched. Just made us feel uneasy when we noticed a cleaner must have been in when we weren’t aware nor did it align with the notice that someone would be coming in to do these things.

The location is excellent, with a direct connection to the underground metro – just a 5 to 10-minute walk away! The room is perfect for a solo traveller and very comfortable; they provide high-quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste – a complete set of toiletries.

High price and specifically breakfast Airconditioning was not on and it took us one full day/night to get assistance on how to turn it on... Booking messages not answered ... we were looking to leave luggage in Tokay while moving to other cities for 4 days but we never got feedback to our requests...

The room was quite spacious, and the amenities in the room worked well. Location was also good: it was around a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station, which is connected with almost everywhere. The hotel also had two convenience stores in the building, which was obviously, very convenient.

The air conditioning was quite cold, and only had three settings; but even the lowest setting was still too cold for me.
