1/ the deluxe room is very spacious and clean and modern.

1/ Gym do not have enough weight equipment. and too small. 2/ the new roof top club for deluxe room guest is not good although it has beautiful views (a) u need to change lift to get there (b) its like kindergarten in day time full of mothers and toddlers (they are not hotel guests but groups coming to use the club), © only coffee is free nothing else, (d) staffs are rude they don't let you in at 940pm even the club should be closed at 10pm. 3/ the superior room my kids stay is far too old and outdated deco and no view even at high floor.

We loved our stay at Keio Plaza. We booked for the start of our trip and ended up staying again last minute at the end of our trip as we didnt like the hotel we booked. The rooms here are much larger than the average Japanese hotel room and are very clean and well kept. The location is perfect, super close to all the action in Shinjuku but tucked away in a slightly quieter part of the city. Less than 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. We got the airport limousine bus that drops you right outside the front of the hotel which is so convenient. Will definitely book the Keio Plaza for our future trips to Tokyo.

The wifi was very hard to connect to and would drop out a lot.

The hotel is very impressive and expansive. The room was also really nice with an incredible view. We were in the south tower and looked out straight onto the Government building, which has a nightly light projection show. This started about 15 minutes after we checked in on the first night and it was incredible. We also could see Mt Fuji alongside the government building when it was clear one morning. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station and the expressway airport bus terminal, which the staff helped us out with as we needed to get a 5am bus to the airport. We also used the Disney shuttle bus which worked great. There are some nice places to eat just a couple of streets away and there is a Natural Lawson just nearby which is a great convenience store for those looking for some more vegetarian options.

All the catering options in the hotel are very expensive. I think an Airbnb with some more utilities in the room is better suited for a family stay. It was also unclear to us that our room didn't include access to the sky plaza so that was disappointing.

A huge beautiful hotel in the business district of Shinjuku, so it is a quieter area of Shinjuku. Rooms were lovely, specious and very well maintained, albeit the bathroom was slightly dated. We had a great view of the Tokyo Metropolitan tower, and the hotel bar on 45th floor had amazing views too. We were lucky enough to have breakfast up on the 45th floor as well! The staff were absolutely incredible.

It was quite expensive but saying that, the facilities and common areas are pretty amazing. Also - it is in a quieter area of Shinjuku so a bit more of a walk to the main Shinjuku area, compared to other hotels (but we didn’t mind that for our first day in Japan!).

We booked a Club Floor "Premium Grand" Superior King Room. This was not cheap but comparable in price to other hotels of the same standard (family staying at a "name" hotel nearby insisted the Keio Plaza was of a higher quality). The room was generous in size at 34 m2. Located on the upper floors with access to executive lounge (breakfast, lunch and evening canapes and drinks were available in the lounge, which never appeared overly busy). The staff were wonderful and always helpful. We were in Tokyo for eight days and the lounge provided a wonderful alternative to the room. Breakfasts were generous with a chef available to cook eggs to your desired style. The hotel complex contained many restraurants and we are almost tempted to return to try them (we spent all our time eating at places throughout Tokyo). If you can, it's definitely worth booking a room that gives you access to the lounge.

Shinjuku is a little bit away from all the popular tourist sites but, of course, the amazing trains system does make it easy to get wherever you want (you will get lost the first time in Shinjuku Station).

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff are incredible. We has a club room and these are excellent value. You get a higher floor room and exclusive use of the club lounge. This is incredibly comfortable and well run. Breakfast choice is one of the best of our Japanese holiday. Afternoon tea is great and early evening cocktails excellent. Champagne and premium spirits are all included. The hotel in in a great location. There is a very quick underground route to the subway. It takes about 10 to 15 mins walk and keeps you out of the sun/rain. We're hoping to return in 2026 and this will be our top choice for Tokyo.

All I can think is it would have been good to have been told how easy it was yo for the the main station. We found out towards the end of our stay.

I stay in the smoking room although I'm not smoking due to no non-smoking room available. The rate for smoking rooms should be lower, because of the smell. Yes, the room has an air purifier but it is insufficient.

I like the size of the room, bigger than most hotels in tokyo. The room very clean, bathroom was newly renovated. Location also convenient, 15-20 min walk from Shinjuku Station West Gate. Breakfast was also excellent. Quality and taste really good. Hotel Staffs most of them are very friendly and helpful.

As i mention before the room is very spacious, but unfortunately feels empty. there is no coffee machine, not even minibar. A large sofa and a coffee table would be excellent addition. Surely a missed opportunity, to make the room more enjoyable. And the Landromat facility, there was only 4 washing machine available in Main Building, i think it far from enough to accomodate all hotel guests laundry needs. Each time i go there, every machine always full and already some people waiting inside.

Love the Keio Plaza! Housekeeping daily was definitely a plus. Very clean overall. Excellent service. Appreciated most staff could speak English! Excellent shower!! Everything was perfect after we moved rooms.

Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. Mattress broken down on right side. Mattress was way too firm. We transferred to a room in the main tower, easily, with a minimum charge. MUCH more comfortable and updated room. I tried to add breakfast to our stay at check in and was unable to make that change which was a little disappointing. Jurin has a great breakfast.
