Very close to Shimbashi Station. Located in an area where there are plentiful of offerings of food and drinking places. Just like the other sites of the same name of this hotel chain rooms are typically small but serve its function and does meet the needs of guests. We booked our rooms fairly early and hence kept in touch with the hotel and informed them that we will be sending our luggages ahead from another city days before we arrived. On arrival and after checking in process which was fast and simple, we were told all our luggages are already in the room that are pre-allocated to us! And, on checking out the staffs also assisted and guided us to arrange for pick up and have our luggages delivered to the airport in advance. We were moving on to another city before flying off 2 days later. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Direct access to Lawson which is just behind the hotel lobby.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer! So can be challenging for those needing to do laundry. Can't put luggages under the bed. Interesting bathroom cum toilet - glass panel door and glass panel on the side of bathroom wall facing the bed with roll-up screen to provide privacy.

Convenient location for transport and nightlife. There's an attached convenience store that you can visit without even leaving the hotel. Room is standard Sotetsu Fresa Inn quality.

It's in the lively nightlife area of Shimbashi, so just know what to expect when you're returning at night/leaving early in the morning, especially on weekends! The room is well sound-proofed so noise wasn't a problem.

Literally had everthing here. - 4 minutes from the Shimbashi Station amazing. - Self-serve check-in, amenities e.g. self-serve pjs, toothbrush and toothpaste - provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair-dryer.(I didn't see an iron but they might have one) - direct access to Konbini that has microwave and hot water if needed - great servicing and they really do try their best with translation with the luggage delivery option. - elevator for luggage - 3 sets of washing machine and dryers which don't need your own washing powder for 300yen. Rooms were on the smaller side but great location and service.

Room was a little small and couldn't open suitcases properly, so would recommend an open top suitcase and there was only 3 washing machines and dryer but still fine if you wait a little.

Location was very convenient, just a short walk to the Shimbashi station, and lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Hotel was clean and staff very nice and helpful. English was a challenge sometimes (especially via the phone), but they were equipped with a translating device, so at the front desk itself it went well.

The rooms are really small. We of course knew that and chose for the hotel despite the rooms sizes, so this is more an information to other travellers. Especially if you are not travelling light or have a large suitcase, you will struggle to move around and place your suitcases. Space to unpack is also extremely limited. Something to think about :)

The location is great! Walking distance from Shimbashi station which gives you access to to pretty much everywhere in Tokyo very easily (including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Asakusa, Akihabara, Harajuku, Disney etc…). The hotel is very clean and the staff is really helpful whenever you need them.

The room is not super comfortable. The room size is expected for the price, but things like pillows, duvets and other small amenities could be a bit better. But that’s just a detail in the end.

Amazing spot, dozens of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, walking distance from Tokyo Tower. The metro station is less than a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, it's very easy to navigate. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, the room itself was rather small (but typical for Tokyo standards). Sustainable as advertised - no single use items in the room but available at the lobby, cleaning and towel exchange on demand. The restaurant was also very decent, we had a lovely breakfast (possible to pay at the spot if you haven't booked it with your room).

Rather small laundry room for such a big hotel - only two machines. But still pretty convenient to have one at the hotel.

Really loved the location as it was really close to the Station and right next to a Lawson. Also the proximity to several food shops was great so we could never go hungry. Even Tokyo Station and the imperial palace are within half an hours walk.

I was very surprised that the hotel did not supply drinking water (my other accommodation elsewhere did) and we were directed to buy it from Lawson. I also would not suggest this hotel to anyone with massive luggage as the rooms are quite small (normal size for Tokyo)

Clean as Japanese hotel standard. Easy check in and out. The Lawson 24-hour convenient store is in the first floor of the hotel which is very convenience for us. Also, next door having Family mart which have a small corner to eat in. Very nice one. Opposite to hotel has a very nice local playground for kids. We went there when sakura is blooming. So good

Quite tiny room, no wardrobe. There are 2 Sotetu hotels close to each others. Customers must pay attention to where they go. We went to the wrong one as no internet and raining at that time. But staff there gave a map to the other one.

So, funny thing first, we actually thought we were booking a different Sotetsu Inn in Ginza, one closer to the Imperial Palace but when we discovered our mistake, it did not matter one bit! This branch was in the middle of a lively area, full of restaurants to choose from, a quick walk to the train station and lots of shopping opportunities around. It had a Lawson attached to it, and Family mart just around the corner. We also did not expect the amount of toiletries available - there were even spf milk to protect your facial skin and face masks to enjoy with a soak in the tub after a full day of walking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Two small quibble are the pillows, they are not soft - which we found true for all hotels we stayed in. The second is the toilet paper, they are the type that melts when they touch water, which seems to be the uniform supply throughout the country. The room space is pretty much like other hotels with the narrow entrance, and small walking space so those were to be expected. You really need to be mindful of what you're bringing because there's barely any space to have a 29" luggage in the room with you, let alone two, if you're sharing a room and both of you have huge suitcases!

Location was fine, 5 minutes walk from the metro. Plenty places to eat right outside, but was nice and quiet within the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Fridge in the room useful for milk, etc. Room well designed to accommodate amenities.

Glass panels on the bathroom door a bit odd, also windows looking out to the bedroom, but there are blinds you can pull down if you want privacy. Staff spoke limited English but made use of translation apps so it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast option was very limited so we didn’t try it.
