Room was clean, new, spacious and made it an oasis away from the summer heat. We had to stay an extra night because of typhoon in Tokyo and the hotel was very accommodating in helping us check for cancellation of trains, giving us an earlier check in, letting us store our luggages and printing out our qr codes for the new shinkansen tickets. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Beds were very comfortable, 2 toilets, 2 shower areas made our stay for 5 very comfortable.

Rates extended to us on the last minute booking because of typhoon was very steep. There were other guests asking for a discount as well because it was an emergency but hotel refused to extend the same pre paid rate that we paid originally. We felt the hotel could have been more understanding as we were guests caught in a situation where we couldn't leave because of typhoon. It felt like they were also taking advantage of our situation as we had no choice if we didn't want to move hotels.

Nice quiet neighborhood, right down the street from Lawson's, staff were so polite and helpful. Vending machine literally right outside our door on the lobby level. 12 min walk to train station and the temple. Some great local restaurants and bars close by. Washer and dryer on lobby level as well.

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, there is a tiny smoking room next to the elevator, the door is always kept closed but you can smell it if someone has recently smoked in it. Didn't bother us but some people are bothered by smoke.

Very new hotel with modern facilities. Location is superb, very short walking distance to Senso-ji shrine and Asakusa station. Room was quite spacious and had a big bathroom (Japanese style shower/bathtub) that we liked a lot. Beds were very comfy and everything was clean and fresh. There was a balcony as well from which we could see Tokyo Skytree :) Very pleased with this hotel. We stayed with two kids aged 1 and 5 in a twin room and it was comfortable.

Location was very near to Senso-ji Temple and away from main traffic area so it was very peaceful. Very comfortable bed and clean room. We were lucky that the hotel allowed us to check-in earlier as our flight to Narita was in the morning.

Everything was great.

Location is good, a short walk from Asakusa station. The staff was very very nice and understanding and allowed us to check in early because of our huge luggages, we were grateful. The room also provided us with 4 types of drinks per person: green tea, water, orange juice and beer. There were also coffee sachet and a snack (nuts). The room was spacious and big, and probably the best room I have had for this whole trip. The shower was really very very nice and spacious. The bed had 2 pillows and a cushion, super super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

There was an opened bottle of water that the staff didn't notice and I almost didn't notice. Was a bit disturbed because it would have been a bit unhygienic had we drunk it, but thankfully we noticed and traded for a new one at the counter and the staff was very apologetic. There was also a contour powder thing left behind in the shower shelf too, which was strange.

We loved the location, just set back from the Sensoji temple. Booked a terrace twin room, which gave us lots of space (by japan standards) to sort luggage out before heading home. Very clean, which we had come to expect with Japan. The staff were excellent, and on our last morning the lady on reception went out of her way to not only book us a taxi to the station but to also make sure it arrived and helped us to the taxi in the pouring rain.

The rooms were built for people <5ft 7in tall. Any taller and you'll bang you head on the way out to the terrace, when you get out of bed (on that side of the room) and in the toilet as there are some low hanging wall outcrops. The toilet room is tiny - smallest we had in all of Japan - with the sink in the next room (or kitchen). Finally, having paid for a terrace suite, with a view of the Skytree, was disappointed to find us on the far end (room 401), with a view if we looked over the divider to the next room

The location was a bit far away from any metro stations but it is in a nice local quiet neighborhood thats very close to senso-ji temple and generally a good price per night for the stay. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was clean and the A/C was easy to figure out with google translate.

The lobby smells like cigarettes, not a big deal

Great location & lovely rooms- very clean & spacious. My room also had a small balcony but it was a bit too cool for sitting out.

Had some issues with the card access- one just stopped working. Fortunately the staff were still on duty so could sort it out.

Mattresses were veey comfortable (including the loft), room was very clean and easily accessible from the main building entrance. Staff were helpful and aided in booking external massage with a local business.

Toilet was loud and made noise every time you walked by; blinds on the window didn't work so room was very bright at night. Only one paid washer/dryer which was difficult to share with other guests.
