Located right next to the station there is no way to get lost finding the property. And at only two stops from Tokyo Disneyland, is a great place to rest after a long day of walking. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style that starts service early, but continues until a decent mid morning hour for those who get up a bit later.

Possibly not best for larger groups. As a business hotel it mainly caters to office workers on business trips. Breakfast is good, but a bit heavy. The two connected restaurants serve the buffet style breakfast, but seating can fill quickly.

Literally on top of a Lawson’s and the JR station. Couldn’t have been more convenient for getting around Tokyo. Delivered towels, robes, and garbage bags to the robe daily to keep them clean even if you didn’t want daily cleaning.

Rooms were alarmingly small, even for Japanese rooms. Barely room for a suitcase in the room. And there is an almost dangerous step up/down to enter or exit the bathroom. In the 6 days we were there, we had more than a few stubbed toes.

Stayed here specifically for our trip to Disney which was conveniently only 2 stops down on the JR local train line. Location was very close to the station and the room came with free buffet breakfast. Staff were really friendly and kindly held onto our bags even after check-out

The only thing would be knowing how to open the window as it looked like it could be opened and when we turned the air-con on it smelled slightly like cat-piss

Value for Money Location: I like that it is close to Disneyland / Disney Sea. Close to a train station which make it accessible. Also, we like the free breakfast. The breaded pork is soo good. There are stores downstairs / close by if you need snacks or something.(Lawson) Kids liked the little playground by the reception.

Need bigger cups for Coffee. :D

The location so close to the train station and only 2 stop from Disneyland. Perfect for anyone going to Disney

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Said Western and Japanese food but mostly Japanese. Bacon and eggs would have been great.

The location is amazing for Disneyland, the train station is literally behind the hotel. However, I wasn’t working by the noise at all. Comfortable and clean.

The breakfast at both restaurants was a bit average. But not a reason you shouldn’t stay.

For the price you pay, well worth it. 2 stations from Disney world and a 20minute train to the heart of Tokyo

Location is great - train station is just behind the hotel. The staff especially the manager Taichi is great

The rooms are dated. No water kettles in the rooms Molds in the bathrooms

They close to everything the train stations right next to it in the store for food. It’s right next to it and the restaurant inside was very good.

Honestly, no complaints

The hotel is very near to Ishikawa shiohama Station, has Lawson mini mart, and best of all it is very near to Tokyo Disneyland.

It is quite far from Tokyo city centre.
