We only stayed one night as a stopover choice before departing Japan from our two-week holiday. Great location if you are looking to visit Disney attractions and also away from the general hustle and bustle of Tokyo City. Shuttle bus services from hotel to attractions and train station available. Hotel was easy to access via Limousine Bus services from both Haneda and Narita airports. Bus drop off and pickup from nearby Mistu Garden Hotel which is only a few minutes walk from the Hyatt. The Hyatt staff even helped us transport our luggage to the Mistu on our departure, great service! Beds were very comfortable including the pillows which is rare for Japan. Rooms are very spacious for Japan standards. A short walk to the bay through park great for a casual walk for something to do. Ironing facilities in the room was great to see. Coin operated laundry machines are available for those staying for a longer period and need to do some washing. Roof top bar would be a great place to have a drink and bite to eat looking out over the bay. We didn't get the chance as short stay and raining on the day of our stay. But we did get to have a look the next day when weather cleared to a beautiful winter day. Staff allowed us to take a look even though bar was closed at the time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pre and post dinner drinks at the lobby bar was great. 12pm check out was also great and we used every minute of it as a way to enjoy a well-deserved sleep in after a very busy two weeks and before our flight home. Would definitely stay at the Hyatt at Tokyo Bay again.

Dinner at Garden Brasserie and Bar restaurant was a little underwhelming. Would recommend them adding a few more appetizer options and also some side dishes like side salads or vegetables and or potatoes to the menu to accompany main meal orders. They also did unfortunately mess up our dinner order. Missed one of our appetizer meals ordered which we were charged for, they happily removed it from the bill at the end of the meal. Also missed one of our mains altogether. Order two of the same dish but only received one. So, second main arrived when everyone had already finished eating. Staff at restaurant and bar also very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Great property. Felt very westernize with a splash of local culture so we felt right at home.

That the hotel didn't have its own airport shuttle to Narita and Haneda airports considering how close it is to the Mitsui Garden Hotel which is where we had to arrange and pay for a shuttle to the airport. A 2 min walk down the street to the next block to another hotel isn't too bad but considering that the Hyatt Tokyo Bay has a shuttle to Shin Urayasu Station, it would take the service up a notch if they also provided a direct shuttle service to the hotel instead of having to make the arrangement with another hotel the day prior to travel. The train service is very popular but isn't convenient for travelling with luggage to the airports. It was good for our travels around Tokyo otherwise.

The luxurious hotel is located at the beautiful Tokyo Bay, It is a nice and quiet surrounding, suitable for a night walk to explore the area. The hotel provides frequent shuttle services to the nearest train station Shin Urayasu that provides all amenities required for a comfortable stay, e.g. department stores, restaurants, supermarket, food court, and others. It takes about 15 mins from Shin Urayasu to Tokyo station that connect you to the rest of Tokyo. The hotel also provides laundry room in each level, make it convenient to have fresh clothing and hence, enable visitors to pack a lighter luggage. It is a perfect place to stay!

Everything was perfect!

+ the free shuttles were very helpful + the internet speed is great + bed was comfy + very clean room + big balcony + good breakfast area + friendly staff + variety of power outlets types in the room was excellent

- the furniture is not well organized, making getting into bed from 1 side difficult - location of balcony is not good, only facing other hotels, not city or ocean - bathroom does not seal from the rest of the room, lack of privacy - limited breakfast options

Comfortable rooms, very good service.

The pickup was chaotic the first time. There is no prior info sent on the pickup point. There are no signs at the station to say where it is. It is a good 10 mins walk with the kids Luckily I had a roaming phone to call the hotel. The staff were real helpful but trying to explain in English was quite a challenge. Once we got picked up, everything worked out well.

We stayed here to celebrate the New Years Eve with the whole fam! (2 Adults and 4 kids: including a one year old). We love the hotel specially the ambiance as you enter the lobby, it was really welcoming. The hotel staffs was also very friendly and helpful. We had the club access and it’s so nice to just chill and relax at the club lounge while having your snacks and drinks which are free by the way. Not to mention the unlimited alcohol during cocktail night. The kids also loved the rooftop were they’re able to use the telescope and see a closer look of the moon. Plus the park just right in front of the hotel with a playground were kids can run around. We also love how they have a small party countdown at the lounge to welcome 2023 with free champagne and hot sake in the morning as you watch the first sunrise of the year!

The property was clean and located close to cafes, a convenience store and a park. The shuttle bus worked fine if you could work around their timetable which was a little bizarre as it blocked out periods of the day. We were able to work around this by walking to the station.

The location and feel of the hotel had nothing about Disney. Unless people are on a budget hotels in the Disney Resort can’t be beaten. The hotel did offer a shuttle to Disney for people who didn’t want the Disney vibe.

It was close to Disneyland & had a shuttle service to the train station & Disneyland. It was within walking distance to shops & restaurants .Also it was nice walking along the foreshore . The staff were friendly & helpful The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had in Japan

Unfortunately the roof top bar wasn’t open during our stay, as we were hoping to view the fireworks from Disneyland whilst having a drink

The location was a little far from public transportation, but just a short taxi ride. Close to the hotel were many restaurant options and a nice park, with good pathways for running along the ocean.

Just a very small point: upon check-in, the staff took time to explain the shuttle bus schedule to Disneyland, although I had no plans to go there. They should first ask each person if they want to hear about it.

The family room is perfect for my family of 4. Location is great for travel to Disney land and sea, Shibuya, Ginza, and Asakusa. Also nearby the food market walking distance for 10 minutes. As well as a mini market 3 minutes away.

It would have been great if a limo.bus directly drop/ pickup from Narita Airport. We had to walk from Mitsui Garden for arrival and departure to/from Hyatt.
