The place felt like a 5-star hotel. Very "bougie", and I was glad to get a great price here! Very conveniently located right next to Shin-Urayasu Station and a mall right next to that. Lots of places to eat and shop! Great (free) shuttle service to the Disney Resort area, which comes frequently. There is also an Airport Shuttle bus stop near the hotel, which offers lots of time for Haneda Airport, but unfortunately (at the time of writing this in Sep 2024), only offered two different times for Narita Airport). The rooms are very spacious and amazing. Very comfortable and offered lots of great amenities. It has a 5-star feel all around and I am very happy with my stay. The hotel itself offers lots of dining options, as well as extras such as spa/massage, as well as laundry service.

Conveniently located next to the train station and Disneyland. Awesome sunrise view from the hotel room. The staff was helpful and polite at check-in. Don't have a queue for the lift back to your hotel room after returning from Disney.

On check-out day, we were supposed to collect our rental car nearby the hotel and drive back to the hotel carpark for the check out and load up our luggage we requested for complimentary parking only to be told it was not available. But on check-in day we were asked if we drove as they provided complimentary parking if we needed to drive out. Disappointed with their difference of treatment to guests during check-in and check-out..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious room. It had two double beds and two sofa beds, both of which were surprisingly large and comfortable, comparable to single beds. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the JR station, and there's a convenient shuttle to Disney. The convenience factor is enhanced by two convenience stores, Family Mart and Lawson, right downstairs. Plus, there's a shopping mall with Aeon and Daiso right across from the JR station. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

My family of 7 stayed here for 7 nights in 2 rooms. Each room was very spacious and clean. There were nice amenities such as bath salts, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and a cold water station on every floor. The bed is very firm but was surprisingly comfortable. The service was excellent! We called for towels on multiple occasions and we received them within 2 minutes (literally). It was conveniently located at Shin Urayasu station, where there are lots of food and shopping options. Most walkways are covered, which is great for rainy days. The hotel’s free Disney shuttle service was awesome as well.

We didn’t try any of the restaurants or pool at the hotel because it was pretty spendy compared to the general cost of food and activities in the Tokyo area.

The room was clean, and I could see the sea a little from the upper floors. I use a wheelchair, but I can't drive myself, so I'm asking for improvement because there are few staff and no stats to assist without my family. Firefly's kaiseki cuisine in the hotel was very satisfying.

The room was spacious and the bathroom/tub was a treat. Although we did not eat at the property, they offered a good number of restaurants. The hotel is generous with pillows and towels in the room, there was no need to request more from the front desk. The hotel is close to Shin Urayasu station and shopping centers. The free shuttle to Disney was prompt and offered throughout the day.

The bedding was great but the beds themselves were a tad hard. We were still able to sleep but they could have been softer. This was no means a deal breaker but something to keep in mind if you really need soft bedding.

The counter receptionist - Ms Furukawa whom has received us on 13Jun2024 10:45am. She is warm and patience. I have asked her about my special arrangement for my birthday girlfriend, she is able to explain to me in detail and address according to my request. Besides the human service factor, the view is one of the best I have ever seen. We can seen towards the Disneyland and Disneysea volcano from our room. Also, the shuttle service driver and their service altitude is also a shining point toward our wonderful overall experience. Last but not least, the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is just opposite the Shin-Urayasu Station which link us easily from Narita Airport when we are dragging our luggages out from the train station.

There is no bathing facility before we check in. And we cannot do early check in due to full house. So we kind of unable to refresh ourself right after our midnight flight from Singapore to Narita Airport. The in house cafe is not operating before 11am. We arrived around 10am plus but cannot buy any coffee or tea from the in house cafe. We end up buying our coffee and breakfast from the convenience store at the Shin-Urayasu station.

The property was amazing, the room was spacious and I loved the bathroom. There are so many things within walking distance. The free shuttle to Disney was also very nice. There was renovations going on in the hotel at the time of our stay but that didn't bother us.

The beds are harder than we were used to. It took a couple days to get used to them. They also do not have laundry facilities on site (laundry service though).

The location: Direct access from Shin-Urayasu station with a covered walkway. A Lawson opposite the the entrance closest to the train station. Supermarket, chemist, restaurants and other shops within a 5min completely undercover walk. One train stop away from Maihama/Tokyo Disney Resort, and the rapid service train stops at both stations, allowing you to escape the worst of the crowded local trains at the parks closing time when returning to this hotel. The room: Enormous! Beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable and large. Two pillows on each bed, one with down, one with some other kind of filling - the other was the best. So many hotels use down pillows and I find them very uncomfortable, and I was so happy this hotel has other options. Down doonas on the beds - nice and warm. Large window with excellent view over to city of Tokyo. Comfortable couch. Small fridge hidden inside a cupboard which meant the noise of the fridge running was hidden too. Easy to use cooling system. Roomy bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out luggage.

An in-room microwave would have bumped the score up to 10/10 and would make this place a contender for more than a two night stay. There was apparently one somewhere in the hotel that we could have used by asking staff, but we weren't there enough nights to get around to doing that. If we'd been there longer we would have enquired. The hotel does have a few restaurants but they were quite expensive.

The staff are extremely friendly - they're always happy to greet you. The room is huge and they provide a small machine to massage your legs after a long walk at Disney. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland/Disney Sea and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get there and the earliest bus departs at 705am.

The plug in next to the bed is situated in a tiny box like space on the wall. If you have a big charger, it might not fit into it. But there are many other sockets. But it's not a big deal.
