The Layaali Hotel is very good situated in the Old town of amman. right opposite the Roman Theatre. You have a very nice view from the roof terrace. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Chef Mama was very nice and friendly and so were the others in the breakfast room. Good value for money.

The hotels location is amazing!! You can see the Roman theater right from your window and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The receptionist Christine and the local tour guide were helpful in booking and planning my trips through Jordan. The cost for the car booking through them was a bit expensive but convenient and probably cheaper than other options available. The food especially the hummus was amazing. Kudos to chef mama and chef ali.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, wished it could be bigger. The soaps and shampoos provided had a strong chemical smell, hope they can change that. The sheets and towels were washed with bleach so there was an overwhelming smell, I would suggest using a milder detergent with a laundry sanitizer.

We liked eveything about our stay at Layaali Amman Hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the Roman Theater, close to downtown, many restaurants, shops and ATM’s. The room was very cozy and comfortable with eveything we needed. I would like to give a special thank you to our host Christine who was always helpful and took her time to answer all the questions we had. She helped us arrange a three day tour outside of Amman. Thank you as well to Moh who hosted us in Madaba. And last but not least, thank you to Chef Mama and Chef Ali who made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning (I loved your hummus recipe). Everything was amazing and would love to stay there again. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Amman and rest at the same time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center and just in front of the Roman Theater, making it an ideal spot for exploring. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food options. The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, providing a great start to the day without being overwhelming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, warm hospitality, and tasty breakfast. I’d gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel ! The location is perfect(view to Roman theatre and walking distance to all other objectives including downtown one's). A free walking tour(please expect to leave tips) was a plus( guide Ibrahim is a nice person). Furniture in the room is outdated but very clean. Continental breakfast in the morning. On our last day because we had to leave before breakfast time we asked for some breakfast to go and they were really nice and prepared this for us. Really nice experience overall!

The minus side for me was the push/desire to pay cash instead of using card - if you pay cash you have some benefits like free water and some sweets ! You can pay in dinars, us dollars or euro and the exchange rate is similar to the official one.

The hotel is a great value for money. It is located in the heart of the city with a ton of amenities around it. The building itself on the outside seems really bad but on the inside the rooms are clean and well stocked. The ACs and heaters work great and the buffet breakfast is awesome. Chef Mama and Chef Ali were amazing and took great care of us at breakfast every morning. Also the night receptionist - Mr. Issa was amazing and very courteous/helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel especially for the price we paid for the rooms.

The beds were really creaky. I hope they can do something about that. The hotel is an old building in an old downtown neighborhood so expect accordingly.

- This location is bang across the road to the Roman Amphitheater. One just needs to cross the road to visit it. - The staff (specifically Lumi) were very friendly and gave lots of tips to plan the sightseeing and restaurant ideas around the hotel. - The breakfast was splendid (Chef Mama and Chef Ali) - The hotel is located in the center of the town and market area - right in the middle of lots of local eateries, street shopping, walking, and easily available cabs (This is the main highlight of this hotel)

- Price can be made slightly more moderate in line with the facilities offered. - Room flooring is not winter friendly. So usual hotel slippers may be provided within rooms.

After a long day of flying and navigating it was so nice to have a warm and inviting welcome to Jordan when I arrived at the hotel. Christine was so patient and kind answering all my questions. The location is really close to a lot of the big hitting sites in Amman. The Roman theater, Citadel and oldest part of Amman are just a short walk from the property. I enjoyed the roof top terrace for relaxing and watching the sunset. The breakfast was such a nice touch, a great way to start a busy morning of-site seeing. I also ordered dinner one night from the restaurant and it was delivered to my room and delicious!

This hotel is located perfectly at the center of all the attractions. Eminities are good and best for the value. There is free public parking very close to the hotel. Hosts were great and helpful. Thanks to Christine, Lumi, Mohamed (Mo), and others to make our stay in Amman a pleasant one. A special thanks to Christine. She was obliging and helpful from the beginning when we were making our hotel reservation. Of course, not to forget chef Mama and chef Ali! They took care of us each day with the sauvary breakfast. Both were amazing 😀 I recommend this hotel for anyone planning their next trip to Amman. It's close to all the important tourist attractions.

The hotel has a great location, near to main histórical places. The personnel is so nice, so kind. The breakfast was included and it was good, both chef, the man and the woman were so kind and all the time were pending to ensure we get what we wanted, I really feel like home. At the reception there are a lot of tours cheaper than the tourist agencies and different options, I recomend to call with they before taking any tour from a third party, since it is possible to get some savings and ensure a good service with a nice car, driver and guide , even to transfer from/to the airport . I really enjoy my time in this place.
