Location was fantastic, just outside the hustle of the main centre and bazar. Very close to the Citadel and the Roman theatre. The room was fine with comfy beds and good AC. We didn't have breakfast since we left at 4:30 am but were told that the breakfast is freshly prepared. The best part was the staff, they were extremely helpful: to the extent that one of them lend us 50 JOD to pay our taxi driver and made us coffee at 4 am! You have to take stairs to get to the main reception, but again the helpful staff helped us to carry the luggage so it was not a problem at all. Overall, very reasonable price and I will stay here again, but will request a room with an updated bathroom.

The bathroom was completely outdated and not very clean, and the floor towel was not clean.

The staff in this hotel are some of the most welcoming and lovely people you will ever meet! As first time visitors, we definitely felt like we were home and the staff was always there to help us and give us advice on what to visit. The location of the hotel is perfect because everything is within a few minutes walk: Amman Citadel, The Roman Amphitheatre, Kind Abdullah I Mosque, Boulevard, the city centre, authentic restaurants and cafes... I want to thank the New Park Hotel from the bottom of my heart because they made our first trip to Jordan truly memorable and it would not be the same without them. If you're looking for an affordable hotel near Amman downtown, then this is the place to go. The staff (yousif, amr, leid and their manager) are attentive to our needs, and they are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, tho it's a bit old, the welcoming staff made up for it. They also introduced us to Khaled, who is very kind and knowledgeable about the tourist spots in Jordan. He drove us around and gave us a very good 2-day program for a cheap and reasonable price. He also coordinated our hotel and jeep tour in Wadi Rum. The hotel and Khaled are highly recommended. The water pressure is a bit low/weak

The personnel was amazing, we didn't expect this level of hospitality, politeness and kindness. During our stay we felt like we could rely on the host. Definitely a highlight. As for the rooms, they were clean and tidy - sure, it's might not be a 5 star hotel level of quality, but for the price it definitely exceeded our expectations. Location is pretty good too, 5 min walk from downtown.

Might not be much, but the doors were really squeaky. Loud enough to wake up all of Amman 😅 Also when you first arrive at the hotel you have to take the stairs - it wasn't an issue for us, but If you have trouble walking, it might become an issue.

The hotel staff is very helpful and gave attention to all my needs and requirements. Then we have the tourist guide manager Mr.Khaled Ady who provides excellent guided tours to all over Jordan .He has his own car, well connected at all the tourist places of Jordan like Wadi Rum , Petra ,Aqaba Dead Sea ,Karak, Jerash, Ajloon Amman etc.He is well experienced, smart working 💪 full of energy and very knowledgeable. I recommend to book tours with him which are very reasonably priced and value for money.

so frendly and ¨ready to help¨ staf. they bring me all the information that i need you can plan with they a lot of trimps in Jordania, location is near to down city, most important historical place of Amman. The rooms are simple but friendly, good to sleep in. . breakfast is so tasty, and they prepare an amazing good turkish coffe.

Unfortunately no free parking place there during the day in front of office, but if you are comming with car you can tell them in advance and they will fix it for you. The room have only one socket near bed TV was unusefull

This hotel really is a second home to me and my go to whenever I need a hotel in Amman. From the management to the guys on the desk to the cleaning and maintenance staff, every one of them makes you feel so welcome and I enjoy seeing them and catching up as I would my own friends and family. Rooms are great, comfy, AC etc. Hotel location is also so convenient with easy access to the main areas. Highly recommended :)

location was very superb, breakfast was not included yet the lobby did provide soft drinks and snacks, as well as coffee. The hotel manager/ receptionist was extremely professional and hospitable. He understood my needs and when I told him about the lousy guests next door he offered to place me in another room with better amenities.

Water was not free, and the toilets could have been a little more organized and maintained. the shower head was dysfunctional so I had to shower by taking it off.

I need to start with the staff at New Park Hotel. Honestly the best customer service I've received from a hotel in forever. Every single one of them was so friendly and professional. They made me feel right at home and did everything needed to accommodate me, from early check ins and late check out. Nothing was a problem. I really enjoyed chatting to them all and getting inside tips on the city and things to see. Thanks all! The hotel itself is really conveniently located just off downtown. Super easy to get to and all the main tourist sites and restaurants. I've seen some comments saying that it's an effort to get anywhere. Everywhere in Amman is an effort to get to because the city is built on mountains, so yes, everywhere is uphill, but you'll encounter this everywhere you go and this area is a central point. Rooms were really large. AC worked. Balconies overlooking the street. Had everything I needed. I have to say the beds are SO comfortable. I honestly slept like a dream there. Hotel offers breakfast, transfers and excursions however I was on a super tight budget so didn't make use of this. If you're looking for great value for money, a central location, comfortable rooms and amazing staff, I'd recommend this.

There was nothing I didn't like however the wifi wasn't the best. But I was on holiday as I'm sure you will be also so get off your phones and get exploring :) Some comments have said the hotel was very dated and falling apart. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated however for me this added to the charm. The rooms were clean so I didnt really care if the drawers were a bit old etc. I have been to other hotels in Amman and if you're looking at budget accommodation, this is the case everywhere. If you want crisp white and modern rooms you will need to up your budget. I did stay in 2 rooms whilst here and the second room had a newly renovated bathroom so I guess it just depends what room you're in. But neither of them were bad.

Great location. Staff is super helpful and kind! Room was clean and warm, heating was working perfectly. There was hot water in the shower. You can get breakfast for a good price, we didn't try it because of the early checkout. For the price we paid, 40€ for 3 people with private bathroom, it was great! If you plan to go to the airport/King hussein bridge, hotel can arrange you taxi for about 30 JOD.

Bathroom could definitely be improved especially since rooms are pretty good compared to bathrooms. Shower Cound not close completely which was strange since its pretty easy to fix. Shower pressure is not strong but water is warm and constant. If bathroom was better I would give it 10/10.
