Dwood and Esraa were very helpful and professional receptionists. They have always helped me when needed and guided me to great places in downtown Amman. I have stayed at Twins downtown for 11 nights and haven’t had an issue at all. Esraa is great with guests and always has a positive attitude, she is always smiling and makes you feel welcomed. Dawood as well helped me with issues I had during my stay. Both of them will go out of their way to make you satisfied. Good stay overall👍🏻 The hotel is also on the corner of the street which is away from all the noise which makes it easy to sleep. 100% would recommend this hotel.

Nothing really

Rarely can anyone surprise me, I am often misled by the various offers, even on booking, which in reality are a real disappointment. But this time it was different. As I approached the hotel in a taxi, I knew that the location was absolutely magnificent, just a few steps from everything important, worth seeing, the Roman amphitheater, charming markets, relatively close to the Rainbow street and the great Blue mosque, Boulevard Paris. The hotel was also a big surprise, a spacious clean room, a fresh smell, excellent staff, always smiling, ready to help, both with advice and with tourist information. You know, it was really hard for me when I said goodbye, we were a kind of family, and it means a lot to a traveler who is traveling alone when someone can give them more time and attention than they should or could. And of course there is a mini pizzeria on the ground floor and a lovely place with coffee that can be prepared for you with or without cardamom, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is excellent. I recommend it, sincerely and from the heart. I would go back in a heartbeat. And ofcourse I will. I know this dowtown hotel will be a real hit in the heart of Amman! And I am honored to be one of the first guests.

1. The location is a marvelous one in the center of the downtown of Amman.it us very close to the most famous restaurant of traditional food , very close to Carrefour supermarket, very close to the public market of Amman 2. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help , it has a 24 hours reception desk . They never enter to arrange rooms except by permission of the client . 3. The cost is of good value .

No telephone in the room . in some floor there could be a shortage of water , but when you call the staff they always find a solution .

Very welcoming staff. I was offered a free room upgrade. They really took care of my old parents especially in the restaurant during the breakfast (must thank the cook who used to deliver delicious omelet). Mohammed Faore from housekeeping was very kind and helpful he made my stay even better. All in all it's very good and I may say it's equivalent to European four star with maybe half price.

The location was amazing, right in the center of dowmtwon which gives you accessability to reach everywhere, it was clean and tidy, nice beds nice AC the window was sound prouf which is necessary as your window will be right on streat of downtown, it is good value for money and for the porpuse of someone who want some place to sleep and rest in clean enviroment thats it

They didn't give me toweles, no phone in the room the road to reach the hotel is difficult due to the uphill location, if you are travilling with some old folks I think it would be hard but other than that it is accessable

Me and my husband enjoyed the warm welcome at the hotel and the excellent service the staff provided to us, e.g the staff helped with taking care of our luggage pieces and made sure they were taken to our room and helped us with putting luggage inside the car which took us to the airport, and any requests we had were promptly and super friendly fulfilled. We are thankful for their great hospitality to the level that we felt like family members. Therefore, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is next to the main street. The receptionist is super helpful. The room was big.

The address in Booking, using google maps, took me to a completely different place. When I said this to the receptionist, he replied "yes, me know, we still need to update it". The shower didn't work well.

It was a quite new hotel 1) located in the center of the downtown Amman that is easy to find when navigating (next to the famous Hashem restaurant), close to the Rainbow Street and most of the main attractions in Amman; 2) great value for money for a spacious, private ensuite room equipped with all the necessities, unlike many places in Jordan; 3) with accommodating staff.

the main road can get noisy at times due to being in the downtown, but I guess that applies to the entire downtown Amman

I highly recommend Twins Hotel for those who wants to have Amman down town as base for their Jordanian journey. The hotel has a good location in the downtown of Amman. Friendly staff who is always willing to help- 24/7 open reception. Very clean rooms with comfort beds. Firas and his colleagues ( hotel staff) are so friendly and they helped us a lot during our stay. Thanks Firas . It was a pleasure to meet you. If we come again to Amman, we will definitely choose Twins hotel.
