I enjoyed my stay at Lijam Hotel for several reasons. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

One aspect I found a bit inconvenient was the swimming pool being occupied for training sessions, which prevented my children from swimming. Although I understand the importance of these sessions, it would have been helpful to be informed about the schedule in advance to avoid any disappointment. However, I appreciated the staff's responsiveness once they noticed our discomfort.

The location was perfect The staff was ok also

Cleaning the room was not always on time. Also having the parties in the wedding floor was uncomfortable , there is no was to stay in the room if there is a party , there is no sound insulation at all , you feel like the whole building is shaking & the ceiling is about to fall down.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was cordial and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Rania at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was super kind and attentive, addressing all our needs with a smile. The breakfast here deserves a special mention too. It was abundant, offering a delightful variety of both sweet and savory options. Whether you're a fan of a hearty meal to start your day or prefer lighter, sweeter fare, there was something for everyone. The quality of food was excellent, and the dining area was always clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is geared for the local guest (Saudis and Gulf States) more than Europeans but pancakes at breakfast were a nice touch. The hotel is modern with good facilities such as supermarket, beautician and coffee shop (though the swimming pool is quite small) and the area around is clearly developing at a fast rate. Superb sweet shop 5 minutes walk away.

Some of the staff struggled with English, especially in the restaurant. . Needs improvement if they want a wider customer base. Quality of food was however very good with huge portions! Hanifa the Ghanaian maid should be promoted because of her communication skills.

Great hotel. Everything was nice, Good location, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Fares Almoghrabi, the reception manager and all the reception staff specially Ali and Ali !, many thanks to Mr. Khaldoon Alhares, and special thanks to Ms. Urti, the operations manager. Many thanks to Mr. Moath, Hebba, and all the food services team. and also many thanks to the cleaning team specially the supervisor Aref Keilani and to the security guys Sameh and Abu Ja'far !

Nothing I didn't like

Design is great and rooms are clean, breakfast is decent and services are amazing with good prices. You can find laundry, hair salons for men and women, coffee shop, and a restaurant that has some decent options and good quality food. And rooms service are very friendly and nice. Also they have amazing halls for occasions and celebrations.

Nothing honestly, Was great.

As a returning guest to Lijam Hotel in Amman, I have to say that my stay was once again an unforgettable experience. This hotel truly knows how to make you feel at home, from the moment you step through the door. The staff are more than just friendly and attentive, they truly care about making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by familiar faces, who remember your preferences and take the time to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are always fresh and clean. It's clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the hotel to a high standard.

Breakfast was good and the room was big for the family

Internet in the room was poor and only near main door I can connect to it. Also the location was way far from the city and airport. The staff didn't help us when we arrived by the entrance and we took our luggages near Lobby then they took them up. Also when we left and checked out they didn't help us by taking them out to taxi.

the breakfast was super, the staff were the best, the morning shift reception man was wonderful & helpful for sure you going to like the security man's smile. in the same building, you will find a cafe & supermarket . behind that building, you can find a bank & pharmacy. in the same street, you will have so many restaurants " local & international " such as Mac & Hardees or Kalha & hamada

they don't have car valley. away from the city center. long time will take for dry clean. morning shift & night shift have gaps in communication level. you can hear another guest sound next to your room

I like to come here every time I visit Jordan I feel comfortable here,the hotel is good and clean. The staff are very kind and nice really I like to come here because of them …Ali habahbeh ,Faisal ,Rania,Mohamed ,Sherien … and all of them .
