The location was great. 5mins to the beach. Next to multiple mini markets, restaurants, ATMs etc

Could be a bit cleaner. A transport was organised for me by the hotel. Paid the driver but it seems that I either completely overpaid or paid for the whole group. Paid just 1/3 of the price when driving back with a taxi to the airport

At first i would like to thank the professional reservation manager George, the friendly and helpful front desk. The place was exactly what we were looking for everything was great! Very good location near the beach and the center. Beautiful rooms, huge and top cleanliness, great quality of breakfast, I will come back to visit this place again for sure.

Reception desk' staff was awesome, specially Mr.Smadi , Mr.Enad and also the reservation department with Mr.George , Even the other staff like the restaurant and the housekeeping was also so helpful. Food, service and there behaviour was everything was good. I personally willing to visit here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms considering the affordable prices. It was beyond expectations, will definitely consider going there again.

I would recommend increasing the variety options for the breakfast and probably renovating the closets.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Specially Hussam from Reception Departmant , He is very Helping. This Building is just like a Structure but that kind of Staff is the Soul of this Hotel.

Location of the hotel was great - lots of great dinner and dessert places nearby. Hotel was quite modern and the room was massive. People at reception were amazing and gave us advice on diving and beaches we could visit!

Breakfast could be better

The room was huge, actually made out of 2 really big connecting rooms for our group of 3. The location is great, right in the middle of the city and the vibe in the area is really nice. We found free parking available right in front of the hotel.

The furniture and all the decorations are pretty old and they could really use a refresh. Some were deteriorated as well, even some parts of the tiles in the bathroom or the tub.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.
