Personnel very kind, good location (in the center), nice breakfast! Free parking in front of the hotel. Rooftop pool and bar seemed nice, we haven't used it.

They don't have a private beach, but offer a free shuttle to Berenice beach club (entrance 13JD). They arrange the shuttle, but when we were waiting, the shuttle did not show up at the time we agreed on. After 30min, I went to reception to ask why and they said it was full. They paid a taxi for us.

Everything ! The staff are very friendly especially Mohammad who is extremely helpful also Enjy was very kind. The rooms are very clean and nice. the breakfast is amazing. the sitting areas are wonderful . the roof is amazing! I loved staying there.

Amazing hotel! The staff are so nice and helpful :) The breakfast is divine. You're in the center of Aqaba and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's a really pretty pool and lounge area on the roof where you get a 360 view of Aqaba and the surrounding mountains. It's so nice to come up here at sunset. During my time, the hotel had a mix of western tourists and tourists from neighbouring countries. The vibe was really nice and the rooms were super clean. The hotel feels really safe (I was a female solo traveller) which is a big plus. Would definitely recommend!!

Loved this hotel. The facilities were superb (definitely get the Turkish Bath/massage when you're here! 👌) the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect and the whole place was clean and well looked after. The roof top bar and pool is also amazing. However, on top of all that every single member of staff is wonderful! They were all so kind, polite and lovely. The manager/owner especially is so friendly and you can just tell that all he and his staff want to make sure of, is that you have a great stay.

The only minor thing was the walls are quite thin so it was slightly noisy from the room next door. I had ear plugs though so it was fine.

The pool measuring 70cm was enjoyed by my children. As for me, I preferred the transition from a regular room to a suite because the suite offers a sea view, unlike the standard rooms. However, the staff were all supportive and the value for money was great.. It was a nice stay.

I was surprised to discover that despite the mention of the beach on their website, I had assumed it would be free of charge. However, that was not the case, and I had to go to the local beach, which is free, just so that the kids could swim. Additionally, the breakfast provided was below average.

Our favourite was the pool on the roof. :) Staff was very kid, room was clean!

The only thing was that, the sqa (jakuzzi, sauna) was for extra charge. But understadable :)

I thought this was an incredible value. Everyone i met was incredibly kind as well as competent. A shout out of in order for Tasneem and her colleague who was working the entrance security. She was also great! The facilities were spotless, and the view from the two level rooftop was amazing. I loved it!

One technical problem: The Hotel is called "My Luxury Hotel" here on booking.com. However the signage of the Hotel actually only states "My Hotel," which caused my taxi driver to drive around trying to find it even though we stopped in front of it! He insisted that this was not the right hotel, as the name was wrong. It's a simple thing, but it is a big deal. Some clarification on the website should be made known. It's a great place, and people should be made aware of this issue so that there is consistency.

They gave us an upgrade, the pool was good because there was not a lot of people. The breakfast was good. Location also fine.

Please clean under the bed, people with allergies suffer with this, it was a mess. A bad view from the room.

The location in the middle of Aqaba is perfect if you like to walk around the city in the evening. The hotel also have a pool on the roof which looked to be clean and nice - we didnt use it though. You can buy tickets to the nearby private beach club (10min walk) if you like for around 15JD. Its 5min walk from the Jett bus station where you can catch a bus to Petra (book online) so very convenient in that sense also!

If you are sensitive to cigarrette smell you might not like it since It’s allowed to smoke everywhere except the rooms and you could smell it in the corridors.
