Everything was superb! The location is perfect, rooms are extremely clean, breakfast is wonderfull and the whole staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

service, staff, big comfortable bed, big room, cosmetics, towels, pool man was very kind, receptionists (young guys) very helpfull (just need more smile and relax),

the bathroom needs refresh, new silicones… a bit rusty/stoned surface; walls in dining room painted negligently, safe at my room didn’t work, looked like someone tried open it, if about breakfasts: it’s so hard to say what was wrong so I can’t express it clearly but something was bad about it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This summer, the hotel had been renovated, and the rooms were clean new and super comfy. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay at Mina. The staff, including the lovely clening ladies, were extremely friendly and catered for all our needs. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. Highly recommended

The one thing I would like to see is a bigger variety of food at breakfast.

- The hotel is very good located. - The employees are nice, especially Manilyn who took care of clean stuff at the 6th floor. We had nice talks with her and she was really caring. - The parrot at the entrance - The rooftop - Swimmingpool

- The breakfast was almost the same everyday. We love variation. - The smell of the bathroom after showering. Every time after we showered there was a weird smell.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Sea view is spectacular. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Great location.

Couldn’t unwind and chill in the room because of the noisy kids in the swimming pool. The pool area is rather small and cannot accommodate the number of guests the hotel can host. Pool opens from 10:00 till 18:00 and I found that rather odd.

Our stay was amazing, staff were very nice and they got magnificent smiles , I want to thank the receptionist Mohammad, he let us check in so easily when we arrived late at night. Breakfast was tasty, room was big and beds were comfortable. I totally recommend it, we would love to come back again soon.

I loved this hotel. Everything was perfect and the view from our balcony to die for. Previously we were staying in another hotels and we really regret we didn’t get to Mina before. It gives you 5 star hotel experience for really good money. We loved every minute of our stay. Breakfast was not that good but it’s not a problem at all.

As they are a hotel- perhaps some variety for breakfast would have been nice. It was the same thing daily
