I booked the hotel with no great expectations.But my husband and I were surprised at how great this hotel is. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a few meters from the entrance of the Petra Visitor Center. It was also great for dinner because all the restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was included. Parking was free of charge. In any case I would book this hotel again. A new insider tip in Petra. Nothing. I really have nothing to complain about. everything was good.

A great stay near the Petra site. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good enough. We had a nice balcony overlooking the city. The location is really great - about 5-10 minutes from the Visitor Center, and close enough to downtown Wadi Musa. The breakfast buffet on one of the days was very good. Plenty of options, including vegan-friendly choices. On the other day, we were offered some cheeses, cold cuts and eggs... no vegan options. They also have a restaurant on-site for supper. The staff made plenty of suggestions on things to do around Petra.

One of the things we didn't appreciate so much was that the staff was a little too salesy. Everytime we would come in, they would offer something new - taxi to Little Petra for 15 JOD (there's a free shuttle that is offered on site). Lunch boxes for 8 JOD, saying the food is expensive in Petra. There's a restaurant down the street that offers more food for a lunch box for 5 JOD... And the food in Petra was not as exaggerated as they made it seem. We understand that it's low tourist season and that they may be looking to earn an extra income but we just didn't appreciate their approach. But apart from that, they are very nice, helpful and kind.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. We chose this hotel because of its location so that we can get to Petra early morning, and the hotel is about 10mins walk to the Petra entrance point (although the walk back to the hotel after your visit to Petra is an uphill walk). As it was my wife's birthday, they arranged a surprise cake for her at midnight on request and I cannot thank them enough for that. They also allowed us to check-out late (for a fee) which we found very helpful as it meant we did not have to rush during our Petra visit. They also offer a lunch box (for 8 JOD if I remember correctly) for your visit to Petra if you fancy it. Dinner and breakfast (which starts really early to accommodate early visits to Petra) at the restaurant was satisfying.

The nice staffs, helped us a lot. And this hotel also is a restaurant too, so we ate the dinner in there. It taste was great, the tradition Jordan food with large size. And they offer the lunch box with good price, we bought the boxes to take to Petra, it saved our time. Because we had to leave to go to Wadi Rum before sunrise, so they offered the breakfast early, another surprise was after we check out, they gave us the gifts, it was so sweet!

The hotel have air conditioning and heating, very good job! But it's still very cold in winter's night, so don't forget your coat.

The breakfast was varied, good and plenty. Position of the hotel is very good, several hundreds meters from the Petra Visitor Center, easy to walk there. Clean, own parking lot. Best of all, the staff! Receptionist, the man taking care of the breakfast and especially the owner of the hotel. I forgot my jacket in my room at the hotel, and after 2 days I called from Amman. The owner himself, Slah Twaissi brought me my jacket from Petra to Amman. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay a day or a week in Petra. Thank you, Salah.

Walking back to the hotel. After a day in Petra and going up to teh Monastery, I'd rather had been carried back :-) Certainly no other complains.

The staff was great they even gave my wife a little present representing Petra for saying good-bye something that has never happened before to us It was so sweet Our room had a balcony with a great view my initial booking did not have the balcony but they upgraded my room for free The hotel is five minutes walk from the Petra entrance we visited the canyon and the ruins twice The staff may arrange anything from taxi to go to Little Petra to trips to Wadi Rum, Aqaba or the castles Showbak and Kerak with a driver or and a guide The breakfast was good although it was not a buffet because due to the current situation unfortunately there are very few tourists in Petra . By the way if someone wish to visit Jordan and has second thoughts it is worth to know that Jordan is 100 per cent safe and the Jordanians are welcoming and nice people who are in need of tourism

Perfectly located and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable big rooms and having a balcony was a lovely addition. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space to relax. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We found all the staff really kind and helpful but particularly loved seeing Mado's huge smile every day. Petra is understandably more expensive than other parts of Jordan, but we found the price really reasonable given the proximity to the visitors centre. Recommend Falafel Time &Palm Court for good vegetarian food nearby.

The hotel is located relatively close to the entrance to the area of ancient Petra, which facilitates/allows early entry and the start of the tour. The food was excellent, the service even better. This especially applies to the reception staff (Abdallah). The rooms were large, comfortable and clean and provided a good rest after a full day's stay at the archaeological site of Petra. When choosing a location, it was important to have a parking lot, which was exactly as stated on the page. The level of quality of accommodation and hotel service is commensurate with the price. In our experience, if you decide to stay in this hotel, you will not go wrong.

The location was about 10 mins walk from the petra visitor centre. Other than that hotel was nice and clean. Staff were nice to let us do a late checkin without any charge.

The electric sockets in the rooms were below standard especially for the price and star rating this hotel has. I only found one outlet which worked for me and that was when I unplugged the the TV switch. Otherwise everything was fine. We went to the roof top ti relax and enjoy some sheesha. However even though it was atleast one hour before the closing advertised, there was noone to be seen. There was no bell system or phone system to contact the reception from there. We stayed there for 20 mins before we decided to retire.

Absolutely the best hotel in Petra. Location is only 5 mins walk to visitor center. Spacious and clean rooms with the best view. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff. Salah the manager was in contact even before my arrival to attend to all my needs. Yasser, Osoo, Madu, Thamer (boss) big thank you so much for everything, you guys are the best and amazing people. I really cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. You made my visit to Petra an absolute amazing experience. 10 stars for you all and the Petra Corner Hotel.
