The location in Central Almaty is really good. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food and drinks. I also really liked the outdoor Georgian restaurant. Cleaning staff were very helpful.

Internet was not working for 2 days during my visit of 3 days. Television didn't work. I did not use the kettle because in order to plug it in I would be forced to move the desk including refrigerator with full minibar. The main entrance door was being renovated for the full period of my stay so entry was only via the restaurant.

The best part of the hotel (room) was the view from the window of the mountain range. Absolutely awesome!!! Had arranged for a pick from the airport which was arranged (for a fee). Room was good and spacious. WiFi was adequate around the property. Staff were helpful and mostly comfortable with English. Location was quite convenient to a lot of places that can be covered on foot and lot's of eating places around.

Boking.com booking (though I booked for 3 people) and actual hotel booking was different and I had to pay extra which I wasn't told till last minute and I wasn't happy. Booking.com and hotels need to sort this out. Breakfast was not great and if you're a bit late most items were over and not refilled (or taking time).

It’s location. Hotel Manager Feroz, People at Reception - Gulshad and Dilan/Dilon. Feroz accommodated us for early checkin at 10:00 AM and breakfast, since he did not have the room we booked, which was with balcony. Next day he arranged room with balcony. Gulshad and Dilan helped us with all our questions regarding places to visit nearby and suggested us couple of places. These 3 people were great. They have very good restaurant and bar inside hotel.right next to the hotel they have Skandalist bar. Opposite there is Pasta and Bar. Late Night Show, Nikulin and couple of other bars are within walking distance. Blah blah bar, Barmaglot and famous restaurant Navat - Seyfullina branch is close by. Good location. Even supermarkets are within walking distance. All the places are within 10-20mins reach. Arbat, Green Bazaar, going to Shymbulak, Kok tobe is easy. Even our pick up spot for Day tour was also nearby from here. Reception staff and manager speak in English and that is a gift in Kazakhstan. That helped us a lot.

If rooms were slightly bigger. But location makes up for the size of the room.

As what everyone was reviewing the highlight in this hotel is their breakfast! Location is at the center as well. Its walking distance to groceries, cafes, restaurants and bus stop. It's easy to access your transportation. There is even Chinese restaurant near the hotel. You just need to go around to discover everything. The staff at the reception can speak English so language barrier is not a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for budget hotel at the center of the city.

I will appreciate if they could improve their wifi connection. The connection used to close or no signal. Well we didn't come here to use wifi but we needed it for searching especially for those who travel in a new country like me. It's good I got Kazakhstan number with data. So I used my data as an alternative.

A beautiful hotel staffs very friendly & hospitable specially Gulshat and Damir, Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. Had a problem with my reservation but the Manager Feruz was amazing he helped me to sort it out immediately Great service. Will be going back. The only thing that needs to improve, in my opinion, if they can put elevator or lift as i was on 3rdfloor on my stay

Staff was wonderful - specially Ms. Aru Jaan who deserves to be definitely in a bigger hotel for sure. Emaculate English skills which are otherwise a rarity in Qazaqstan. Room service boys were really helpful and quick in responding to us. Honest people. Good location Good food. Live music Convenient overall in most aspects we look for travelling.

No lift. But we still managed.

Second time staying here. Prime location near many stores, parks, cafes, and restaurants. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Friendly staff and most of them can speak basic English. Basic amenities such as TV, A/C, fridge and wifi provided.

No elevator but it's an older building. The bathroom in my suite needs renovations.

I had the opportunity to stay at Mildom Hotel in Almaty and was very pleased. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, I had no problems. The hotel staff was really kind, smiling and helpful in every way. Both the atmosphere of the hotel and the quality of service made my trip more enjoyable. Mildom Hotel is definitely recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay.

I booked a single room which was comfy. Breakfast was great with a spread of items - sunny side up eggs, pancakes, fruits, breads, etc. You won’t go hungry if you stay here, that’s for sure. Wifi worked well too.

A couple of the staff seemed a wee bit unfriendly maybe? Or they could have been shy? Not a major issue though.

This hotel is simply amazing. The location is perfect near a metro station and the main pedestrian street with many beautiful restaurants. The breakfast was incredible with so much choices and so delicious. The staff was always very helpful and smiling. The room is large, clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable. Great hotel!
