Property .room facilities, room service and people involved in room service were all nice and courteous

Most of the reception people ( except 1 or 2 ) WERE EXTREMELY RUDE and unpolished.. definitely they were poor with english which can be ignored as its not their language but gestures also speaks volumes. Humility and Hospitality was completely missing.. Breakfast was also not impressive.. very limited options and were reltively same for 4 days. Though they had almost half the guests from india . Also No water jet next to Toilet . Though they have bidet . But very uncomfortable for people with Asian habits .

The staff is very caring and hospitable. The breakfast is excellent. The location is very good with petrol station and shop next block. Rooms are clean, Lighting, Curtains and Bed comfort, AC, Hair dryer was just perfect. They have a good space between hotel building and exit which serves not just as a parking space but private campus. Helped me with my morning walks. They have a nice lobby with ATM. The wellness center is professional and well equipped, well maintained. On day of departure they obliged us with late check out which helped us a plethora !!

The welcome drink was missing with some hot wet mini towels maybe! They open Wellness center at 8am which is perfectly fine, but the GYM is in it!! So for guests who are early birds and wanna hit GYM early it's a miss !! Since we were three and booked a suite room it wud have been value adding if the living room sofa cud have been sofa cum bed !! Multiple items from menu are not available for room service at odd hours!!

This hotel is a complete masterpiece. It had comfortable beds, LOTS of facilities, and just, It’s GREAT! The swimming pool, the sauna and the steam bath was a wonderful experience.Big rooms, very clean. The staff were also kind and friendly.

The hotel is a bit old and the room is quite plain but still, these are just minor mistakes. Anyways I’d come to this hotel again if I go to Almaty.

The rooms are spacious. Especially when your travelling with kids makes sense. Clean and neat property.The staff at the reception table are very helpful.

Breakfast menu can be improved. One of the reasons for choosing this property was Indian food as we were travelling with young kids . They make lunch like Indian dish for breakfast & the restaurant which serves Indian food is shut at night. The staff in the restaurant aren’t as efficient may be they haven’t been trained well .

The staff is friendly and accommodating . They speak excellent English and go the extra mile to ensure terrific customer service . The rooms are clean and comfortable . The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a peaceful place to stay . The hotel features a full-service spa, fitness center, indoor pool, dry sauna, concierge, free parking, and business center . The hotel is business-friendly, making it a great choice for business travelers . Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Almaty seems to be a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay with friendly staff and good facility

Beautiful place and excellent location. The rooms were excellent and well-equipped. The receptionists were really friendly, and the breakfast spread was particularly excellent. I like how well-kept the property was and how close it was to big attractions. I will definitely return to Ramada again. The massage service was exceptional. I highly suggest Mr. Tahsin for his exceptional services. The atmosphere and cost were also really remarkable. I highly recommend.

Except for the lack of jet spray in the restrooms.

The room was clean and spacious with modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the spa due to a busy schedule.

I was disappointed that the staff didn’t acknowledge my early arrival or offer any immediate assistance. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The staff speak in English which is a big help for tourists. The concierge is very helpful in making bookings for tourists attractions. Breakfast was wonderful...the hotel trues to incorporate dishes for Indians especially vegetarians. They looked after all our needs and made our stray truly memorable.

rooms are big and clean, AC is a bit loud, but ok. breakfasts are pretty good as well as room service. staff is friendly.

location is a bit tricky - there is a long driveway to the hotel through the closed territory and not all taxi drivers are aware of this. so some are waiting for you near the road and it is not convenient to go there with all the luggage. there are no bellboys, so no-one will be able to help you with the stuff. (we had lots of printing materials for our events and managed to take them to the rooms by ourselves 🤷‍♀️)

Lager rooms enable you to relax. You can enjoy the swimming pool and sauna even in so cold weather. The staff can speak English well. If select a higher floor, you can enjoy the good city view.
