Hotel location is great, there are restaurants, coffee shops and shopping mall in walking distance. Another good thing about the restaurants they are open until late night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon check in we requested kind bed Lupan the receptionist ( not sure if name spelling is correct) and Lucky the bell boy helped alot. We had issue with the AC we wanted to be cooler the staff helped alot and upon departure staff apologized and politely said the will look into this matter to avoid any issues with other guests in future.

I had the best experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and issues. Lucky from the technical department was especially helpful! The staff allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier at no extra charge, the food was delicious both from the breakfast buffet and the restaurant. I used the SPA and everything worked perfectly. Generally very happy with my stay and will come back!

The location is not the most central but I really didn’t mind. You can take a taxi for as low as 2€ to the center so it’s not an issue!

Decent size of the rooms, very friendly staff, good price quality ratio. Location convenient both for a city trip and just a 20 mins drive to Medeo/Shymbulak mountain resorts. All facilities working, shower is good, room is clean. Small gym is present.

Feels a bit outdated already, will need renovation very soon. The breakfast is quite basic and you don’t feel particularly cozy and nice when having it. However you can fill your stomach before the start of your day. The location of the hotel itself is a bit on the outskirts of the city, which means better air quality, but you’ll need to travel by taxi to most of the places.

Exceptional service. This was our third stay at Renion Hills and we pretty much knew that everything was going to be good. Rooms, sheets and towels are clean, water and hygiene kits are provided, TV works with HDMI, Wi-Fi connection is slowish but stable. Great gesture in the form of tangerines and chocolate bar as a compliment for the New Year!

However in our previous stays there were issues with doors. For example one didn't lock properly and the other wasn't opening at first. Either way, we didn't face it this time so good job on fixing it. Also the "soundproofness" is kinda bad in some rooms.

Room is very nice with nice view on the mountains Breakfast was not good for me and needs more variety . it needs to get improved overall it is very clean special thanks to all bellboys who helped me in my luggage and all the reception desk stuff

Good non-network hotel. Not crowdy. Big room that was very warm in wintertime. The staff is friendly and ready to help in every situation. The sauna was exciting but too hot (120+), steam was rather strange. But I really like the sauna hall, it helps to feel relaxed. Pelmeni on dinner were tasty.

Breakfast could be better in many ways, but coffee is ok. It's the only elevator (it seems that it has nothing to do with it).

I really enjoyed staying in Renion Hills Hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It was different combination of food every day, everything tasted very well. Bakery was delicious. Time to time we ate in the restaurant and the food was so good. It really feels like homemade food. Waitresses were so attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only one thing I didn't like that I was not able to use wifi in my room as it was poor connection. So I needed to go to the restaurant to work.

Sauna and fitness included, 24h restaurant with decent meals, nice breakfast, exceptionally good coffee

Cleaning is good, but lacks some excellence, which prevents the whole rating from climbing even higher. Example: towels need some edge hemming, they’re clean, but have some odour residues. Be aware, sound insulation is poor.

Room was good and big enough. It was having good amenities. Breakfast was good , however some variety can add more excitement in the menu.

The Room Aircon was not that efficient. Had to keep window open for getting comfortable. The Parking of vehicle while arriving to Hotel needs some improvement

Room very spacious and comfortable for family of 2 adult 3 young kids. Reception very good. English speaking. Very attentive. Minimarket, Qaganat canteen, money exchange were near.

Location a bit outside center. But can reach by Yandex taxi very cheap. Breakfast buffet was ok a lot of protein but for asian people less rice.
