Hotel is very well designed with lot's of traditional wooden Art, False Cealing, Lobby, etc., If category 3 start Hotel its very best, Sometime people confuse with 5 star category & rate accordingly,. But for 3 Star Category this is very good Hotel

Whenever we book Yondex Cab, it reaches to different location on the back side of Hotel, This is big problem due to Hotel has put the Reception Location on GPS instead Hotel Main Gate Location., I suggest to hotel Administration to verify my suggestion & correct GPS location from Hotel Entry Gate instead of Building for correct navigation.

... other guests were not aware of other people see them drop a piece of bread on the floor and put it back into the basket for the next person - gross. Too hot in the rooms, unable to adjust the temperature. Rooms were not super clean and we had to ask to vacuum the rugs around the beds. Please have someone who is passionate about cleanliness and hygiene watch the buffet.

Good quality/price ration. In terms of service, they always have staff on the floor ready to assist. Food is nice and the restaurant service is perfect (fast/professional) even late in the evening. The restaurant menu is large a lot of varieties. The price of the meals is attractive

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean and comfy as depicted. Beyond that the hotel is located next to central highway with a big parking in case you rent a car as in our case

Breakfast could be improved and have more choices as we speak for a 4 star hotel. One night we did not have hot water!

almost everything else - price didn’t reflect the room or services.. only one bath towel and one hand towel supplied for two of us; check out staff made me wait over 5 minutes until they confirmed I hadn’t stolen anything. we had to make the bed ourselves - supplied with a doona (that was bare ie had no cover) and a sheet. no extra pillows.

poor organisation. i got told I could stay an extra day that I had requested at first, not just once but twice. 15 minutes before 12 I was told I had to leave that same morning. also, the laundry is very expensive, about the same price as your room.

If you need a place to sleep for cheap price - it is good choice.

Room wasn't clean. Breakfast was terrible. Wi-Fi was very slow. You can't work here.
