I liked the view, location, beautiful interior design with picturesque paintings. Comfortable rooms and pool.

There's no gym in hotel itself. When i asked the reception, they said that i need to pay extra $25 to use the gym that's nearby, that's not reasonable to give that price for a single visit. As well as, when i came to breakfast, the variety of choices wasn't that wide and i decided to go somewhere else to get a breakfast. It is nice when a guest can have a brunch at the hotel. When i asked for a separate menu, they said that it is available only from 11AM, so i couldn't even order a coffee. However there are a lot of mouthwatering restaurants nearby.

The property is right next to the ski slopes which was cool to see. There is a large high end mall across the street with a variety of good restaurants. The facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast was very good! We had 3 children with us and they enjoyed their stay as well.

We were on the second floor. The window is floor to ceiling and can be opened. There is a safety latch so it can only be opened about 6 inches but this was a little scary with having children. It could be locked though as well. It would be nice if there was a patio to walk out onto but I realize this would also take away from the exterior.

Nice and clean, quite new hotel. Located outside the downtown and very close to the Medeu mountain resort.

Unfortunately i found the pillows terribly uncomfortable. There was only one bathrobe in the room, and it was taken away with one of the two large towels the day before the check-out. However that was not an issue, we could have called the receptionist to ask for another one.

Scandinavian-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Good service at the reception, but not so good in the bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast with good options. The swimming pool was an extra.

Not every member of the staff was trained properly.

We always stay in this hotel because of the good location and quiet area. Also the swimming pool is very important for our children in summer time 😎 Pizza is perfect and breakfast is very good with interesting Kazakh sweets or just snacks 😋

Very stylish, cozy hotel in the best area of the city - close the the most luxurious shops, hotels, cafes and restaurants. The look of the hotel is perfect. The pool wasn't ready yet, but it's going to be a great addition. Breakfasts were nice The staff is very helpful, attentive and what's more important - looking for feedback to improve.

The internet connection in the room was a bit slow Just as the staff in the restaurant - on the first few days it took them quite a while to make cocktails and coffees, but hopefully they improved

New, clean, beautiful hotel with a restaurant on the side. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. I loved the room design. Housekeeping always tried to make sure that I have everything I needed. Highly recommended the hotel because I booked for2 nights to give it a shot but since I liked the place, I kept extending my stay.

The gym is not available.

We liked the Hotel and overall our experience. We definitely will stay in this Hotel in the future! We also liked the art work in the main hall, very interesting and beautiful!

During breakfast time, for some reason, tables were not cleaned after previous guests and we had to search for a table which was free from dirty dishes. Overall breakfast was decent enough!
