The food was exceptional the staff were friendly had a problem with payment but nathaniel sorted me out ....shout out to Levine,Pauline,Magdaline for their professionalism ...The assisted check in and check out came in handy The chef and his team made our food experience memorable

First room given was leaking at the bathtub amd also the HVAC system was also leaking on the beds they informed us they were aware and their engineers were working round the clock ... They changed our room but also the next room had the same problem

I had so much fun there, and Elsie specifically was so kind and helpful, God bless her. Overall I would come back there again and again. My 4 year old also loved it! Thanks for the great food! A big thank you to Kai, he helped me and got meds for me from a chemist near by.

The fact that the hotel did not have a first aid kit or meds and there was no way they could help unless I sent someone out of the hotel.

I like the swimming pool . Ohh God, they are plenty of them, and the food offered were great. The tall flat accommodation was bigg and specious. . We had experienced a few issues with the Internet in the flat toward the end of our time, but overall weather was warm throughout out we were swimming when it was raining .. love Sun n Sand beactr resort Mombasa .

Esther and Grace at the reception were excellent. Salome was so sweet and so was everyone in the facility..the food was amazing and the view was gorgeous from the apartment. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would definitely come.

It was a bit far from basically everything and it was so difficult for us to get transport from the hotel because the prices for the hotel taxis were too outrageous.

We loved the entire hotel and its facilities. The staff were quite friendly and very hospitable especially Jacinta, Donald ,fatma and the pool guys. The massage by Fatma was worth the money. The room we got had a great and wonderful view. Definitely going back.

Location to towns causes a major increase in transportation.

Apartments were amazing, swimming Brilliant and food had a good range to all. All ground staff except the reception staff were lovely and real helpful and kind.

Expected all inclusive but was full board. Advertising was amended but can’t prove it but that’s management not staff and they had run out of alcohol …. Coincidence?

The apartment was spacious with a great sea view. The food was delicious The staff were friendly and highly professional The Evening Entertainment was exemptional. The swimming pool is spacious and baby friendly

Room for improvement on table games, darts etc The beach front was not as clean( lots of sea weeds) The beds are too high, not safe for small babies.

The environment was superb! The customer service was 100%. Good welcoming of guests. Clean environment. Food was always yummy!

Just a suggestion- During meals instead of offering strictly soda/water, fresh juice should be included in the choices too.

I liked the way the whole crew treated us. They all treated us very well. Excellent. They were also quick in solving our issues

On the food section, the vegetable(mchicha not really well done). Then TV in the room and WiFi. But everything else was perfect. Then there was a time we called for room assistance . we called 4 times, they were like the technician is coming but never turned up

The breakfast was diverse the staff was nice and i experienced the best service. I loved the amenities 2 swimming pools very clean and amazing design used especially the pool on the apartments side. The beach area was clean and also giving vacation vibes
