Excellent Food and the staff are fantastic - They are so helpful and enthusiastic. Rooms are very comfortable and had superb views. We booked all inclusive but any package will suit. 6 pools to choose from and right on the beach. Good spa - reasonable prices. Good security as well

Air con in our room did not work properly. The hotel maintenance team had 4-5 goes at repairing and did supply a fan. The temperature never went below 27C in the room - even in the night. But the heatwave in Mombasa was intense at 34C. Only other slightly negative feedback would be the All Inclusive cocktails drink list is a bit limited - It could do with an update, especially the cocktails.

The breakfast had a wide variety, tasty food, the fruits and juices were great, the egg station were professional. The beds and pillows are comfortable, spacious room, bathroom and balcony. The pool size and number with the hovering palm trees was a beautiful site. The security made sure they tracked your exit and entrance to the hotel when u go for a walk by the beach which was comforting. The beach has a long stretch of more than 10 kilometers, lovely for morning and sunset walks. The French fries served by the pool are exceptional, the pool menu in general was delicious.

Friendly animation team, they need to do more work at entertaining the guests, there weren't much activities to do at the hotel, it was too quiet. The beach and sand had too much seaweed, if you're thinking of swimming in the ocean this whole beach location isn't the one (maybe visit Diani beach). More entertainment and music by the pool bar would be good, it's too quiet and empty.

The hotel offers a diverse array of activities. We sincerely appreciate the prompt resolution of any issues by the room service team, as well as their cheerful feedback. The availability of child-friendly rooms and playground activities is highly valued and greatly appreciated.

Areas that could be enhanced are introducing a steam option in the spa zone, improving cleanliness protocols for the swimming pools, and updating the beverage menu. For instance, we were disappointed with the quality of the Aperol Spritz, and the absence of sparkling wine and local craft beers. Additionally, adjustments are necessary for noisy air-conditioning units and the inconsistent internet connection throughout the hotel. The upkeep of the green grass area has been neglected due to insufficient watering. Furthermore, there is a need for improved cleaning of the adjoining beach area, as its current state with litter is not in line with our expectations for maintaining the selected name of "Sarova White Sands".

Great choice for bridging the time between early flight arrival and safari departure. The property is very large with several restaurants, including one for buffets with lots of choices. Beautiful beach and gardens. Complementary snacks were served in the afternoon at the pool. Staff was very helpful in getting us a room earlier and exchanging some cash to get local currency (with a reasonable fee).

Not possible for guests to fill up their water bottle directly. Tiny glass bottles are provided in the room (0.3 liters water). It wasn't possible to swim in the beach in front of the hotel at low tide but that's not their fault of course. There are several pools and they weren't busy, a very nice way to cool down.

The hotel has a variety of facilities and perfect for both relaxation and business. It also has direct beach access making it easy to take a stroll along the beautiful white sand coast or get involved in some more energetic water activities! The staff at the hotel are a great complement - polite, helpful, knowledgeable and you get the feeling that they genuinely care about their guests. The kids club also had a number of interesting activities to keep the little ones entertained. Food variety, quality and presentation is great including sushi which my daughter enjoyed.

Our room was a long walk to the dining areas perhaps because it is a big hotel. Entertainment at dinner every evening was wonderful and it would have been great to have more 'after dinner entertainment' so we were not going to bed too early whilst on holiday!

Beautiful property, great service, beautiful grounds and pools. Water aerobics was fun. Housekeeper for our room was above and beyond in friendliness and service. High tea was nice- but need shade!! Allowed us to shower after check out due to late night train

Found 4 roaches alive and running in the bathroom. Was told to dial 0 for any needs. 3 phones in the room and none worked to dial out to front desk. The mosquito key needed cleaning- many dried blood stains from mosquitoes Price was high. Similar properties walking distance away on same beach were half the price (but sold out)

- The location of my room was perfect: second floor, very close to the quiet pool, spa and the beach because the room was facing the ocean. - The staff for the most part were amazing. - The food was excellent. - The staff at breakfast surprised me with a birthday cake and song. That was the highlight of my stay.

- WiFi connectivity for the last couple of days in my room block was very bad. It kept disconnecting every 10- 30 seconds on my phone so I had to leave the room to go to other areas in the hotel. - While checking out, the staff who handled my check- out process was unfriendly and became rude when I insisted that he gives me my change in its entirety (I settled my bill in cash) because he acted as if I don't own a calculator to verify how much change I ought to get back and he wasn't going to give me all of it and instead quoted for me what he would be giving me instead. When I was giving him the extra Kshs 1.5 he gave me, he said "I don't want it, keep it". Respect for guests goes a long way. It's not like he paid the bill for me so his attitude was completely uncalled for!

Superlative Experience. Too Good. The staff allowed me a Very Good room with an Exceptional View. I wanted a Bath Tub...., so they changed me to Room with a Bathtub...once there ... I found out...the view was just okay ....so I went to reception again and requested them to send me back to my initially allotted room. They again did that without a fuss....carrying my luggage three times... at check-in only. [ first on arrival to original room, second time to bathtub room, third time back to my original room }. The food is great. Staff exceptional.

I wish if there was something....I will go again and FIND OUT...!

Customer service was exceptional. Nelson from the front desk was above and beyond . We arrived at 3am almost 10hrs before our check-in time he took care of us . And by 10am next shift they handed us the key 🔑. Best team ever Loved Harry & josphat at the dinning area. They were taking good care of us despite it being busy. Gideon from the entertainment team kept ny son on toes a thank you wouldn't be enough he was so good. Chef Britta I salute her . The whole team was amazing 👏. Entertainment team and their manager goodness where do I begin... thank you . Room was so clean. I had the best room. Nice shower. The afternoon tea.. freshly made pastry. I loved this. Lastly the cocktail party free for all guests. Sarova what else can I ask for . Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️.

Excellent location, superb hospitality and well trained professional staff. Everything was absolutely amazing.

We thought it felt a little too busy at times, probably as it was December - peak season for local tourists from other parts of Kenya with children on school holidays.
