Beach was nice, facilities good, staff were friendly and the spa was amazing… overlooking the Indian Ocean!

Comms was poor - sent them a few messages through the app but the response would take 3 days to come back. Also, watch out for the poorly placed door stop in the bathrooms - I stubbed my toe in it twice.

Awesome

I think should serve dinner with water for free instead of selling it..In the rooms toilet they should put toilet brush. Thanks for my house keeping who putted one for after I requested. Otherwise my stay was awesome with my kids hopefully we shall come back again

staff, variety of food, children play park, spa area, they were doing regular surveys to check on customer satisfaction

gym a bit far off and machines quite old, some broken, some of the food was a bit bland, no own beach, really, so you stay inside the hotel

What a wonderful family resort. Lots of entertainment & facilities for kids. Children's water park is awesome. Having a "silent" pool just for adults was an added bonus. Staff were exceptionally polite - go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Grounds are very well maintained. Security was good. We can highly recommend the spa to relax & unwind - therapist was very professional and well trained. Thank heavens for air conditioning in rooms - Mombasa can be pretty hot & humid. We took the dinner, bed and breakfast option - food was really good; especially if you are one for buffet!

Private beach area is relatively small. No fault of the resort, but when you leave confined private beach - the locals can be rather "bothersome". I realize that everyone wants and needs to make a living.....but if you want to just go for a relaxing stroll - it's not going to happen.

The food was excellent, much better than a normal inclusive holiday. The staff were very accomodating. The adults only pool was divine.

They did get our room request mixed up when we arrived, however we were told this was not their fault, but were advertised incorrectly on Booking.com. I booked 3 different rooms and one was shown as a bungalow. However the complex had no bungalows although booking.com said they did. We were put in 3 identical doubles rooms, (although all 3 were a different price which was confusing). The rooms were excellent - just that they differed from what Booking.com told us they would be and with 6 people, staying in 3 double rooms all the same - we have no idea why the cost varied. We believe this was not the hotels fault, but that of Booking.com

everything was amazing, breakfast was perefct. The diner is so nice, coz it's cool so the heat there has no effect on someone. The meals are tasty gives one a reason to serve everything the dessert as well... tantalizing. The warm welcome from Maureen at arrival was nothing short of amazing. Also Mellisa was amazing with the tour around such a sweet soul I'd come back just for her to give an hotel tour she's a 10/10.

extra sun beds would be better especially at the main pool where kids are allowed coz many people hang around there as they watch the kids also the sun umbrellas should be considered

Kids' bunk beds were very hard and not too comfortable. The ladder that goes up to the top bunk should have padding as it's not comfortable climbing up. The room and view etc were all really good and the staff/maintenance are responsive and very helpful. The staff in general are really helpful, friendly, and nice. Food was ok. It would be good to have greater variety for main courses but overall it was nice. Pools are very well maintained and very clean. The pool area is also well maintained. It's a nice place to stay with family.

Food could be more imaginative or could have better variety.

The Hotel is well maintained, and the room were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Some mornings they had Swahili ladies prepare some local dishes that tasted great. The Pools are super clean and inviting and the pool staff is great. But swimming in the ocean is not a good option but the beaches are clean.

Not much not to like , our stay were great. Just do not try to order room service to late at night a lot of the dishes were not available late at night and you pay extra for the food to be delivered to your room. So rather go have dinner at the restaurant.

The room (family suite) we had booked wasn’t available during check in so we got an upgrade to the paradise suite for our whole stay as compensation. It was a great sized room for us and two children. The kids loved the waterpark. The food was good throughout our stay. I’d suggest more variety though. Front office were very responsive before and during the trip. Brenda was very helpful during our stay. The life guards at the pool were very attentive when it wasn’t crowded.

The rooms lacked adequate storage space for our family and we got the same feedback from another family who had a family room. When the hotel was busy they seemed understaffed and of note was the safety at the pool which was a concern. Lastly on maintenance, for the last two days of our stay our AC in the room was giving of a foul smell which maintenance were not able to resolve. This made the room environment very unpleasant. The handle for the bathtub mixer was broken and we couldn’t use the bathtub. We reported this on the second day of our stay and hadn’t been resolved when we checked out despite calling regularly about it.

Very nice resort, everything as you would expect. Big, comfortable rooms and beds, no issues with bugs, good aircon, everything was kept very clean. Lots of pools including adults only. It’s located right on the beach which is a bonus. Food was really good, good variety for breakfast and dinner, also afternoon tea at 4pm was a nice touch. Staff very helpful and professional during our stay. All in all a very good hotel with everything you’d expect - definitely feels as though it’s catered more towards families with young children to stay on the resort however. Not much to do around the area at all, Mombasa town is 40 minutes away by car just to be aware for those wishing to visit Mombasa

For the price, we didn’t feel as though it was as well organised as it should be, eg: - No laundry bag in the room (we had to call to request this) - Water wasn’t topped up in the room every day that we were there - Safe wasn’t working and tv wasn’t connected to WiFi - during the afternoon tea, the staff would often put on really loud high tempo music which meant it wasn’t relaxing.
