The location of the hotel is very good , accessing malls and public transport from both back and front of the hotel made life easy, the place has good security, the chefs are 8the best, they cook healthy food with low levels of oil and salt, they are health conscious, They have all variety of foods from traditional to modern types. the staff were so welcoming, always willing to ASSIST WHERE we needed help, drivers are so professional

by mistake i booked for two adults, which i realized after confirming reservation and they promised we will solve upon my arrival, now upon my arrival, they said my booking cannot be changed and i thus paid a lot of money. Again i requested transport from the hotel for a short distance and they charged me a lot of money

I always stay here when visiting the UN. It's a nice, friendly hotel with a pool and lovely staff, within walking distance of the UN building and also within easy reach of the Village Market. For the price given the location and price hikes around key meetings, I am always happy with the Comfort Gardens. This time I had the Executive Suite and it was lovely, with a huge bed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms can do with a bit of updating and unfortunately breakfast is usually completely empty by 8am, so you need to go early

The facility assisted to preserved my breakfast till around 6:30 PM due to Ramadan. I enjoyed the attention and care provided, especially by the restaurant staff. Overall the facility was not far from my office and every morning a shuttle bus was provided. The facility is a minute walk to the shopping mall which made it easy to have a look. Airport ride was within 30 minutes

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Also, well located and next to the mall. Breakfast is good and fresh as well. There is also a swimming pool.

No heating system in place in the rooms. In the bathrooms, it is quite easy to slip and fall. It is necessary for the hotel to see what type of floor needs to be put in place as to avoid people slipping and falling. The TV is a bit small, and I believe a bigger could be installed.

Location - down the road from UNON (UN Nairobi) compound was great. Also, next to the mall with a good food court. Room was generally good. I did like the balcony very much. Breakfast was good and the tables outside were very nice.

The shower puzzled me a bit -- couldn't figure out the hot water for the first day or two.

I stay at Comfort Gardens every time i come to Nairobi. The location is perfect for meetings at the UN as well as being right next to good shops. But the best part about the hotel is the staff. They are amazing. They can not do enough for their clients. I feel like I am at home every time I stay there.

The facilities are a little run down but it is still perfectly comfortable

pick up and drop off at airport was timely and well done.

On the way from the airport, the driver informed me that due to over-booking, I was placed somewhere else for the first night. This was an unexpected and not good surprise. The alternate location seemed well secured, however there was no water (neither hot or cold) in the room. The rating is based on the second night in Comfort Gardens. If I would have rated the first night - the rating would be 3-4.

Location and nice staff and drivers. There are daily transport to United Nations. The shopping centre is at the next door. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool.

Few lights in the room, almost in shadows at night. The same in corridors. There was a light that turn on and off randomly in the room and I never knew where was the interruptor. Good breakfast but could be improved.

The staff and particularly management were extremely helpful and friendly. And quick to respond!

The only think that could improve is the selections of TV channels, of which there were only 4 or 5. And the reception of those sometimes poor.

Extremely professional And courteous staff. My interaction was primarily with Lucy at the From Desk and David in the. Restaurant. These 2 staff made my stay comfortable and exceptional. Asante sana!

Everything perfect. Old wing rooms require some maintenance with bathroom.
