They did a beautiful design of the property and the location has beautiful views!

The room had a strange smell, and things were dirty (mugs, water glasses, etc) in the room. The bed was very hard. The pool only has 4 chairs, which is not enough. They arranged a breakfast to go, which I appreciated, but it was $30 per person and included a coffee and a couple pieces of sliced fruit (literally two slices of pineapple and two slices of watermelon - not even ripe) and 4 bite-sized pastries. The taxi shuttle from the airport is $60, which is much more than other hotels in the area. They seem to be taking advantage of people with the prices they charge when they know people are arriving from out of town and don’t know how to navigate the city.

I loved the warm hospitality, impeccable service, and luxurious ambiance. Silvia at the first floor restaurant in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every meal was a delightful experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made dining an absolute pleasure. She anticipated my needs, offered great recommendations, and always had a welcoming attitude that added a personal touch to the experience. Beyond the restaurant, the beautifully designed rooms to the well-maintained facilities and the seamless service made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.

Hotel is new and fresh and clean and obviously well designed what you expect from MGallery. Lots of well planned details. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Loved the gym and the views to the forest. Tasty breakfast. Also big plus for the hotel manager who after few service shortcomings made it up to our stay with offering an opportunity to refresh and shower before our flight after we checked out.

As it’s a new hotel, still few staff services feels as have to be made better, but they seem like being on it.

The best thing about Gem Forest is their friendly and helpful team who make you feel welcomed and at home as soon as you check in. The hotel is in a great location and is a great modern addition to the Nairobi hotel scene

Truly exceptional in every way! The photos don’t begin to capture how breathtaking it is. The spa experience, dining options, and cuisine were simply outstanding.

The property was bright and very welcoming. As well as had all the amenities for the perfect staycation! The location was safe with a mall and other stores with walking distance.
