Certainly I was impressed.

The hotel is downtown easily accessible especially to those using buses. The breakfast exceeded my expectations 👌. The staffs were exceptional,I got a chance to note down their names for individual appraisal-: both night and day receptionists Gladys and Nicholas such amazing people well trained (we checked in really late and we were granted late checkout - that can't go unnoticed, thanks for understanding), Jane at the restaurant made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of ,thanks to both night and day security personnels Job and Joshua for the warm welcome and support rendered. Chef Saminy breakfast was well thought through 👌. Wifi was ok and hot shower was available to us. We found two complimentary water bottles in the room.

Lifts. We had to climb the stairs to fourth floor😒. Please work on the lifts and make the upper floors easily accessible.

I loved the fact that the location is very convenient for my purpose. The welcome was amazing considering I arrived at night. The fact that I could still get food fresh and hot was amazing. I am a satisfied customer and I have already recommended a friend. Parking for the taxi is a plus most hotels in town don't have parking so you have to rush boarding which I don't like. Keep up the good job. From the Askari to the reception to the waiter that served me I was satisfied.

I didn't like the fact that I can have a tab that I can pay at checkout, what if I arrived late with only money for check in but I need to eat and pay the next day? The bath area is a bit tinny so as you shower water splashes to the toilet area so using the toilet later is not good.

Excellent clean hotel in the heart of downtown. Perfectly good cafeteria type food. Quite quiet for the area. Good secure doors and very well fitted mosquito net. Unbeatable value. I

I liked it very much and have stayed before. It is very Kikuyu and the continuous Kikuyu music gets monotonous. The malayas keep away (pretty much) and despite where it is located it feels safe. The staff are very supportive and really try to give a good and quick service.

Since was my second time, the experience was better as compared to the previous one. Good room. The restaurant supervisor (gentleman) always looks very active and attentive. Emily is always fast, excellent and multitasking as well. I recommend this hotel and i will come again and again.

There was no towel in my room, i had to request. Phone in the room not working.

THE MEALS, WIFI AND BED. THESE SERVICES WERE GOOD AND WELCOMING. THE LOCATION IS GOOD JUST FEW MINUTES TO WHERE I WAS PICKING MY BUS TO MY DESTINATIONS.

THERE WAS SOME NOICE FROM THE BAR SECTION WHICH IS NORMAL AND BEYOND YOUR CONTROL BUT IT CAN BE IMPROVED SO THAT THOSE WHO ARE RESTING WILL HAVE NICE SLEEP FREE FROM NOISE.

central . Got a real feel of Kenya . exactly the kind of busy ! vibe . The staff especially Cassiem was excellent. He was a God send . I travel a bit all over and have had lots of encounters with hotel staff but Cassiem so just a customer care focused guy. He puts every customer first in every sense of the word customer . The local good at the restaurant was good . Great chefs and restaurants staff .

The building wasn’t the prettiest but it was clean .

The location is great! Seemed like the area was quite safe and also close to the Matatus if you are heading to Nanyuki and other places. I loved the fresh mango juice they serve with the breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful also let me leave my bag there when I visited another town.

Everything was great!

Close location to the town, quite place for a good night sleep. Shops nearby and the fruit and vegetables market is 3 minutes walk away. The staff are friendly and trying to do everything to make your stay pleasant. We have now used this place many times since last year and are very happy to come back every time. Thanks to Leonard and Joice for dealing with our request. I really recommend this place as you feel home away from home. You can do your own cooking as the kitchen is fully equipped and you find everything you need.

the location was brilliant. the staff amazing especially Cassiem . I travel a lot and have received good service but this man is a gem . He helped me so much . Carry bag. connected me to tour guides . took mr to shops and was just a God send . if I had a hotel this is the type of staff member I would employ

zit wasn’t the best and beautiful building but this is what I paid for . I had a quiet room with no noice from the streets
