Having large, reusable / re-tillable water bottles on site would help. in general, property could have more sustainability initiatives.

Location, good value for money, privacy, security, cleanliness, spacious unique(very unigue) beautiful rooms and the friendly staff. Facilities e.g. the pool. Restaurant on site. Will absolutely return.

The breakfast provided was for one instead of two and this wasnt indicated on payment. Deducted higher than indicated amount on my visa card. Na sandals in the room. Spa was closed. No cocktails.

The location and amenities are great. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The property upkeep needs attention. We were there during the rainy season at the third floor of Ugunja block and the roof leaked both in the living rooms and the bedrooms. There is significant visible black mold in every bathroom in all the blocks we have stayed in in the past 4 years. The room cleaning crew does not clean the bathroom at all. They wipe down the floors in the other rooms but they just dry out the shower and tub and quickly scrub the toilet and that’s it. If the management is serious about getting the property cleaned they can just start by buying JIK or bleach to sanitize and disinfect the showers and the tubs in all buildings.

the food and service is really nice and the location is great. nice selection of good food that is well prepared and nice wine selection. great Wi-Fi availability and nice safe location with shopping and restaurants within a close distance.

the beds lack top sheets and they don’t change the towels more than once in a week. the cocktails are tasty but light on alcohol. the kitchen in the rooms is very sparse in cooking materials in case you plan to cook while staying there. only one pot and one fry pan.

We especially appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in very early after an overnight flight. They serve great breakfast and have nice facilities (gym, pool, bar, etc) Location is good, very calm neighbourhood. Nothing to do in walking distance but close enough to the center for a cheap and easy uber ride while being away from the chaos and disturbances of nightlife.

Overall the apartment was nice but could have been a bit cleaner in e.g. the shower.

The theme of the hotel reminded me of Zanzibar but 5 minutes from my house. The lunch portions were great, however the lamb was oversalted. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast was good however the options were not that many. There was no lotion, dental kit, shower cap nor house slippers.

The location is really good. The staff are so polite and kind. The Cafe of the hotel provides very good breakfast and coffee. It is a quiet beautiful atmosphere in the hotel.

The Spa is unfortunately closed though it is still listed as one of the facilities of the hotel. The washrooms and bath could be renovated. The kitchen of the suit can be amended with more utensil, plates, pots, etc. The room was a little bit cold at night.

The architecture and design along with the middle eastern/Indian theme is amazing. The facilities are great. Excellent restaurant with nice atmosphere. Great breakfast. Extremely helpful staff. They moved us up to an executive suite when I mentioned there was a continues dripping noise on the roof above the bed. They also arranged a van shuttle to the airport as I was travelling with my bicycle, what a great driver.

There were a few people having a bit of a party one night that went on to 2am and was a bit noisy.

Beautiful authentic design of the suites, pool, restaurant and all inside territory. Very quiet and feels totally safe inside. Spacious suites with nice terraces. Full kitchen in the rooms with everything needed. Nice cafe with great breakfasts. Great taverna for pleasant dinners by the bar. All staff is very welcoming, cheerful and helpful.

Safe location. Nice looking building. A big appartament with island bar, kitchen box, fridge. Good size bed and sofa. Balkony for fresh sitting outside.

The TV is useless, very bad quality of the channels. The airport taxes offered by the hotel are very high.
