Spacious apartment with excellent decor. Very comfy and homely. The staff are very helpful with excellent customer service. The restaurant, Coffee shop and shop on the property are a big bonus!! I highly recommend it.

Some of the shower knobs are falling apart...they need replacing. Also the water pressure in the showers is low.

tv - not a smart tv so no option of YouTube Netflix Prime etc that was in the lounge just basic local tv. As for the bedroom unless you have a hdmi cable ( who takes one of them on vacation) and then a divorce to plug it into, the tv was completely useless. For the price a smart tv seems like a basic in 2022. had a one bed apartment on the 13th floor with very limited view, it seemed the majority of one beds lack views, maybe something to consider. The pool area shuts at 8.30 in a sort that never sleeps seems so early.

Place and amenities were overall above par other the location (near a lot of night clubs)

Property is located in a prime location. There are many restaurants around the area and it’s very close to Nairobi and only 30minutes from Airport or 20minutes on a Toll/Bypass road. Rooms are clean and have a minimalist look and cosy with all the appliances you need. There is also a posh restaurant downstairs, serving a lot of cuisines, can be a bit pricy but very good quality food. Security is 24hrs and guests who are entering the hotel are also screened. The views of the city at night from the top floor are amazing.

There is loud music Friday and Saturday night which continues till early hours in the morning as there is a nightclub nearby. All the other days are quiet. Found it too hot to sleep as there was a fan which was not effective.

spacious apartments and had everything you needed ie cutlery, crockery, openers etc. nice rooftop pool and decent gym for an apartment block. staff were friendly and helpful. well located and shopping centre is within easy walking distance. you can walk around this area. we were up graded to a two bed flat so we had a large apartment and haven’t seen the one bed but can imagine what they look like.

when you first check in you’re not given the lift key immediately and you need this to get to your room. so initially you have to go via the lobby to get them to authorise the lift to go to your floor. obviously this is a good security measure they just need to give you a lift key at the point of checking in rather than when appropriate member of staff arrives on following day. no air conditioning. it doesn’t advertise this so it’s not to be expected but it was summer and hot in the rooms. luckily we were up high so could have all our windows and doors open all the time.

The apartment was huge and very clean. We arrived late and the receptionist Jim, kindly upgraded us - we found ourselves on 13th floor with the most incredible views over Nairobi - a lovely start to our holiday! The rooftop infinity pool was fab, even swimming under a grey, cloudy sky. Worth noting, that there is a coffee shop, convenience store and cocktail bar/restaurant, all off the main entrance lobby which was really handy.

As we were leaving on the first day we discovered the room safe wasn't working (the batteries had run out) Having waited 90min for it to be fixed we gave up and my boyfriend went and bought some batteries and replaced them, so we could get on with our day!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and all the staff members were amazing and helpful. Anytime we needed assistances with anything there was no pushback. We rented 2 hotel rooms since there were 7 of us and everyone had positive things to say.

Wish there was AC. We did ask for 3 fans since we were all in different rooms, but they couldn't accommodate that. Also, the washer/dryer machine wasn't in the best state. But they did come and fixed the issue, but it was also happening in the other room we rented.

Really great, spacious and clean apartments in an secured environment. The apartments offer all you need including washing maschine, kitchen, Safe, etc. The staff is friendly and suportive and the location is great. Everything you need including malls, restaurants, etc. is just a few meters away.

All was fine, but an A/C (Air conditioning) and an drying rack are really missing and would make it to an perfect place.

Fantastic property and staff. We loved the Chocolate Bar and the friendliness and professionalism of Stephanie. The rooms are well furnished, modern, and spacious. The location is in walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, and a short Uber or Bolt ride away from anything else you'd like to do. The airport was a quick drive on the expressway. Looking forward to my next trip in and the restaurant being opened as well.

My suggestions for the hotel is to have designated fans for each room as it can get pretty hot and they didn't have fans for each room in our group. Also assign more than one key for each room.

The apartment was great with breathtaking views to the Nairobi skyline. The living room and kitchen were vary spacious with a laundry room that included a washer/dryer, super handy! The balcony overlooked several skyscrapers and the rooftop pool was superb. There's a supermarket in the building with all the essentials and some nice treats, making the experience super convenient! Will definitely stay here again.

The hot water stopped working but someone came to fix it within 30 minutes.
