Hotel is very convenient for the airport. Staff were lovely and friendly. Bedroom was very comfortable with lovely view on to the National Park. We had a 04.30 flight and they arranged for us to have breakfast before our departure from the hotel at 01.00. One free airport shuttle is also a great bonus.

We didn't like being woken up at 20.30 with a phone call from reception to be told there was a complaint and to 'Keep it down'. Because we had an early flight we went to bed at 18.00 to get some rest! She did apologise when she realised she had the wrong room!

The facilities were great and the staff was friendly especially the lady driver who took us to the airport on 26th Sep 2024 at 6:15am. I may not remember her name but thank you so much for your service. Keep being you ❤️

Miscommunication. During check in, my mum and I indicated that we wanted an early breakfast because we had to be at JKIA at 6:30am the following day. The receptionist said we could get breakfast at 5:45am. However, when we went to get breakfast at 5:45am, the guy at the entrance said it was impossible and that He had now received any communication on that. We had to leave without breakfast even after having paid for it 😫.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Nairobi. Excellent facilities, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable bed for a good night sleep! The staff were highly helpful and very understanding. And the Brazilian restaurant next in the same facility is a must-visit place. I enjoyed the gym too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It took a little longer to check in because there were only two staff attending to a long queue of customers. This should not be the case especially in the evening hours when many guests arrive. Otherwise, all else was great! 👍

Smooth booking experience, good communication and quick responses to question. A super hotel, convenient to the airport and Nairobi, excellent happy helpful staff thoroughly recommend to all passengers who are either on a longer stopover or staying in Nairobi for a few days. There hospitality and food was great. customer service from the doorstep was great.

We had three bookings and our last one had a massage session for 30 minutes each. on the day of of the massage ther massage person didn't arrive until after 11.34 when the second session was to start for my partner. we had to cancel since we had other engagements to deal with that day. Time keeping is important especially dealing with tourists who are on tight schedule. They has more than 5 days to ensure they arrive on time to meet the appointment.

On all days breakfast buffet is 80% same. For water you have to pay extra, whether it's at Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The facilities were good, well maintained and comfortable. The complimentary massage was splendid!

The staff at the reception when checking in were not kind at all. I also got rude commentary at breakfast from the lady who was making omelette in the morning of our checkout, she was quite rude asking us not to take eggs if we are not sure if we are going to finish it. It's not the kind of rhetoric I expected to hear for the calibre of hotel we checked in

The location, facility, and the food

The room has no windows and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room was hot and stuffy

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the staff go above and beyond being helpful and friendly. If you have a room overlooking the National Park it is possible to see game. The food was very good and the cocktails even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be near the airport as their taxi service is very good too. They even didn't charge us when our flight was cancelled at the last minute so well done Panari Hotel, we will be back.

Great location, only 15 minutes drive to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.Excellent room.In house cinema, ice skating arena and restaurants! Ten minutes drive to downtown Nairobi.Friendly staff

Breakfast, which was good not included in my room price.Price for breakfast USD 25 which is too expensive. I paid 70 USD to keep my room from check out time to 10 pm for flight home.Fair enough
