It is located near the international airport and a very convenient place when on transit. Staff was very friendly and breakfast is excellent. Transport arrangement from and to the airport was arranged well for a reasonable price.

The neighborhood is a bid noise becoz the hotel is located next to a highway. But I was able to sleep well due to tiredness...

My bed and the room were very comfortable. I wanted to be close to the airport. The service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The manager checked with me to confirm all was well. This hotel was perfect for a late night arrival from the airport and an early departure in the morning for my tour.

I checked out early as I got an earlier flight out of J Kia. to date I've received no re fun on my reservation of 5 days. I used no more than 2. would like to see that money refunded. thus far it has not happened.

Really wonderful staff. Lillian is the consummate professional. I loved her. Housekeeping were obliging. They brought in extra bedding and furniture when we asked. Hotel is really well located and security are very professional and effective. Feels like a mainstream western hotel.

First room the bathroom smelled of rotten cabbage, under the bed was filthy and A/C did not work. But we were moved the same day. Corridors could be noisy and doors have next to no soundproofing. Also furniture feet do not have felt pads so you can hear people dragging furniture in the room above.

Close to airport. Reasonably comfortable. Good airport pick up and drop off. Restaurant available. WiFi available. Good bed nets.Fridge in room. Shops close by.

Area around hotel not great. Some parts of hotel need a little extra maintenance and repair.Tv had no reception.

Place was very good. Comfortable, quiet, good place for a rest. Very close to Jomo Kenyatta Airport; managed to get my early morning flight well on time. Good view of the airport from the hotel. The highlight is the roof top restaurant, with full view of the airport, and the dual road below. All staff were genuinely friendly and hospitable.

We spent there 2 nights after our safari tour. The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the JKIA airport. The room was nice and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Will definitly book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

They have a 24hr reception which is great for late flights and is relatively close to the airport. The property is located a few minutes away from the mall. The room was comfortable and clean with a table and chair and a fridge amongst other facilities. The property has great wifi available. And a highlight were the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Warm welcome , although I was very late . Arranged a quick dinner , inspite of late arrival and kitchen was closed ! The chef and the lady at the reception was very helpful. She also returned some cash ..very sincere . Other staff too..Felt safe..
