-Walls and corners were broken, most of the corners had holes in them, we saw two insects coming out from them but they were small and non disgusting. -Walls, carpet and extra sofa had stains on them. There were 10-15 leaf particle, bathroom had yellow stains, carpet have a big red stain and the sofa has white stain. I do understand that the room was cleaned for sure but the location of stains are kind of red flag. Walls had shoe stains. -Balcony was cool but also didn't clean.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was really nice and friendly. Close the metro which took me direct to the Octoberfest

I booked this hotel because I was expected to use the gym and parking... and guess what? Both closed.

little far from the city center but very near to metro which directly goes to the center the swimming pool was closed for maintenance

Quite pet friendly, although expensive to bring 2 dogs (20 euros per dog per day). Ground floor room with door that opens directly to the outside was greatly appreciated as I could just slip out that way to walk my dogs instead of going through the hallways and lobby area. The breakfast is expensive, but amazing! The reception staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming and we even had a late check out after registering for their loyalty programme. Great service :)

The long hallways to get to our room and the bathtub/shower was difficult for my mum to go into. All in all it wasn't very accessible for her because of the long walks to the room and the inability to get into the bathtub due to her mobility issues. I had noted that a room close to the elevator would be ideal for us because of her disability, but I guess the hotel couldn't arrange for us to have a room close to the elevator that the dogs were allowed to stay in (they mentioned at the reception that they have specific rooms alloted for people staying with dogs so that's what I assumed at least).

We stayed in a quiet neighbourhood, which made the bustle of the city manageable. Our balcony offered good views and privacy. Parking was not on site but within walking distance, on the curb. The Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was always freshly made. A Munich speciality, Bavarian Weißwurst, was available and delicious. Pancakes were freshly baked by a machine, with Nutella available, to the joy of our daughter! We recommend the swimming pool, which was heated and clean. This hotel creates the feeling of space; we never felt cramped.

There was no ice machine available, but it did not become an issue, as we could get ice from the bar for free. Both the sauna and underground parking were undergoing renovations and were not available, though the steam room made up for this.

Everything was better than we expected before we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were really kind and they tried to find solutions to every problem we have. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It's about 8 minutes away from the metro station by foot. The hotel had everything you would have needed so I rate it a 10/10 experience. Considering it was one of the budget-friendly hotels in Munich, I definitely recommend. We are looking forward to stay here again when we visit Munich.

Breakfast!!!! That most amazing I have had in a long time. The sunny side eggs were just gold. Beds were quite comfortable. Hot water with a good pressure. Nice 24/7 convenience store at the lobby area, great for grabbing some food while checking-in late or leaving too early. Rooms are basic. Didn't need more for a business trip.

My room had a door to other room and the sound proofing wasn't the greatest, while the neighbour watched TV at night. The walls of hallways need a new paint.

I liked that the towels and bed covers were changed frequently and that the breakfast had options for vegan and vegetarians.

I didn't like that the temperature of the pool was very cold. You need to swim continually so you don't freeze. Additionally, the saunas did not work at all, they were closed. I expected to go there or receive a discount for not using all the facilities. I didn't like that the majority of food at breakfast was not fresh, made from frozen food, and many processed products. The quality of vegetables is bad. The fruit salad had a taste of chemicals/preservatives so that you can't eat them or feel fruit taste. Patisarries seemed not fresh in some days. Almost in every day I felt bad at stomach after breakfast. I would appreciate an inspection at how food is stored, made, and find better dealers so the food will be fresh and qualitative.

The place is good - outside of the main central part of the city, but close to subway and bus stations. The quarter is quiet and nice for relaxing walks after the busy day. There's a garden inside the hotel, which was nice too. The rooms were very clean and we got refreshing cleanup every day. Beds and pillows were comfortable too. The fitness was usable :)

The room was rather small, but this is what we paid for so..:) The balcomy was nice, but not very usable - no furniture there..
