Nice hotel in a good location near shops and the highway. Friendly staff and good food

Coin operated washing machines in a time where people don't use cash anymore? I had to take money out of the ATM as staff refused to put a few extra dollars on my room account. The exchange rates were as high as my washing costs and I am left with the leftover CAN $ that are costing me again to convert.

I did not like how the tv had very few channels or shows for me. Also our server at breakfast. Brought my daughter warm flat pepsi.he took our orders and did not ask my daughter what kind of eggs she wanted, or what kind of toast she wanted. He had to come to the table about 5 times when the other girl did it in 2.

This chain of hotels will be our go to now.Awesome king room.The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot.So clean.The underground heated parking was a nice bonus.Very friendly and helpful staff.The beds were so comfortable.Im trying to purchase the Downlite down pillow I used.Best ever.

Rooms are very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot! My superduty also fit underground just barely !

Minor details, but it would be nice to have a TV capable of screen mirroring. Or casting.

Location and availability of parking

Some confusion about whether on site restaurant served breakfast Was told that the hotel could not provide me with a printed copy of my bill because I booked through a third party site

The beds and pillows were super comfy. The location was quiet and you could open the window for some fresh air. we also appreciated having the small fridge and the microwave in tue room.

Place was amazingly modern and clean.

My breakfast buffet eggs were ice cold when I got to the table. Not worth the price I paid at all.

It was convenient, enjoyable and quiet during the night.

Didn’t like that music in the hall started so early and that not all people have a credit card. It should be ok to pay a deposit in cash if needed.

Food was okay, waiter was great!!

Not a big deal but eggs were a little over cooked and bacon not cooked enough.

Ivan was friendly and accommodating. We thought we booked the suite with the jet tub Ivan insured a room was available for us and even made it available for us to check in early. His customer service was outstanding. Food and drink at the restaurant onsite was outstanding. If you go get the butter chicken!
