Room was nice, hotel was nice, casino was fun. Everything looked clean.

Food was terrible and way, way over priced. $68+for 2 adults at the buffet. Food was like terrible hospital cafeteria food. Three Sisters restaurant was also bad. The chicken tenders were flat and looked like frozen tenders you might get at a ballpark, husband's wings were dry. Tim Horton coffee was ok, so was bagel and muffin, but realized that a Starbucks was across the street, so we went there the next day.

The entire resort was not only beautiful but very clean. Not really located close to any shopping but that's ok. The room was also beautiful and clean. Food places we went to were excellent and well priced.

Was certainly surprised that housekeeping did not clean up our room the next day. Was not informed of this on check in but next time will know. Would have liked water and coffee replenished-know now all that that requires is a phone call and will be done. Also, was told on checking in room was ready but needed to be inspected. This was around 2:30 pm. Told I would be notified on my cell when ready. Well at 6pm had not heard so went back to check in and of course was ready. Notification as promised would have been nice so we could get settled but not end of the world. There are also NOT near ENOUGH servers on the Casino floor to get refreshments from. Long long long waits to see anyone.

First time staying at Seneca niagara resort.. was very clean , and had everything that my wife and I were looking for. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.. we will definitely stay there in the future.

When gambling at the casino, for the two days.. I was asked just one time if I would like an alcohol beverage, I wife was not asked once.. We must have played for at least 3-4 hours each day.. it seemed that the person that served the drinks took care of the customers around the tables than the slots.. wihich I witness this.. my wife had to buy her own beverage.. And I did even tip the waitress. This was in the nonsmoking area.

My hotel room was great. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was nice and clean but the water pressure could have been stronger. The lobby smelled smoky so that was a turnoff. The lady who checked us in started off being VERY unfriendly. She didn't greet us or smile. After I handed her my license, she laid it on the counter; when she asked for my credit card and I laid it on the counter, she seemed to snap out of it and became somewhat friendly - she even smiled. Not sure what made her so unfriendly to start but it made my feel unwelcome. The free valet parking was a great touch.

Just didn't like the unfriendliness of the check in staff initially, plus there was a pretty long line, so we had to wait about 15 minutes before we could check in. One lady behind the desk didn't have any guests but she didn't help out any of us waiting in line.

Good location , just a short walk to the falls Room was very nice with good view from floor 14 Comfortable beds and very clean Casino had smoking and non smoking sections

The food outlets and restaurants within the hotel are very overpriced which is disappointing as there are not many places to eat or drink in the vicinity of the hotel , completely different from the tourist hub on the Canadian side The smell of cannabis being wafted through the ventilation system into our room which we reported to staff in the morning whose response was if you had told us , maintainance could have sprayed your room!! How about you stop blowing it into the room in the first place.

Breakfast was good but not real warm..loved the pillows and bedding..didn't like waiting so long for our rooms...took too long..wish the slots weren't all pictures and progressive machines..but it was family time and we had fun..would love to get a free room at some point..used to go all the time under my dad's last name!

Not getting in our rooms sooner..warmer breakfast would have been better..drinks are ridiculously priced..$26 dollars for a double shot in a bloody mary? And I watched the pour, wasn't even a full shot total..I was pissed about that and I said some had fun as

It’s a beautiful property! Unfortunately the first thing that you encounter is the heavy smell of secondhand smoke. It gives off a “dirty” feeling as soon as you get out of the car. The staff was efficient at checking in but definitely just doing their job, very little effort to engage or welcome guests. The view from our 24th floor room was incredible. Room was clean and we had everything we needed.

The smoke from the casino was what we dreaded most when coming and going in or out of the hotel. Directional signs were limited in many areas from the parking area to the hotel lobby. Upon registering it would be great to be given a pamphlet or small map to help locate amenities.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. I was impressed. We got a smoking room cause were bad people like that, and when I opened the door the first time it didnt smell or look like a smokers room. The hot tub was clean and felt amazing. We had the corner suite and the views were absolutely worth every penny, phenomenal view of the fireworks sitting inside the hot tub every night. Plenty of elevators available so you arent waiting long to get to your floor. Plenty of parking of property. The back of the Casino goes right to the State Park. Security was everywhere and were super friendly. Room was big and spacious. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a great stay to visit Niagara.

The room was amazing. Got a corner suite and asked for a high floor. Did not disappoint. They let us check in early. I had perfect views of the Canada side, you couldn’t really see the falls just a mist coming up. The view was still amazing. The room was the best part of the trip especially the hot tub in the room. The pool area was really nice. It was warm in there considering some properties say that there are indoor pools but the areas are still cold.

Nothing I didn’t like, probably the best hotel to stay at on the New York side.
